00:00Hi there, it's Lorraine here and I've been thinking of lots of different ways to keep calm and carry on.
00:07Now, a lot of my friends have been doing things like knitting.
00:10One of my friends, Fair, has taken up crocheting and doing very well at it.
00:14He's very much enjoying it.
00:16And then we thought, it was actually Rosie and me started doing jigsaws.
00:21I'm not sure if that bit goes there or not.
00:23No, that doesn't.
00:24But actually, there is something really relaxing about doing a jigsaw.
00:30You're so absorbed in it.
00:32There's something really satisfying about getting all the borders.
00:37This one is quite hard.
00:39It's The Little Mermaid.
00:41It's a thousand pieces.
00:43And I'm having trouble with the sky right now.
00:46But I'm actually really enjoying it.
00:48And it's just a way of being a little bit distracted and just having, you know, 10, 15 minutes.
00:54Sometimes, actually, I sit and do this and an hour has gone by, which is really good.
00:58So, yeah, I thoroughly, thoroughly recommend doing jigsaw puzzles.
01:04It's very good for you.
01:06It keeps the brain going and keeps you active.
01:09And then, yeah, it just keeps you going in these strange times.
01:11I just wonder what is doing it for you.
01:14For me, definitely reading, whether it's books, magazines, whatever.
01:19Definitely jigsaw puzzles, going for big, long walks.
01:23And, yeah, just finding something nice to do every day.
01:26I think it's really important.
01:27But I'm going to get back to this because I need to finish it at some point.
01:32Okay.
01:32Okay.
01:32Okay.
01:32Okay.
01:32Okay.
