00:07am to be announced as the new Football Focus host and it is not lost on me one bit because
00:14I know how iconic the show is and what a big deal it is.
00:19But I would like to take a moment to thank Dan Walker for yes being an amazing host for all
00:27these years but I think for me being the amazing human that you are, knowing that many years ago telling
00:35you that I wanted to be in a position such as this and you taking the time to help me
00:42develop, hone my skills and get to this position.
00:45So I will be forever grateful for that and just wanted to say thank you and a big thank you
00:52to all my other colleagues for their support and for you guys for sending me the messages of congratulations that
00:59you have.
01:00I see them, I appreciate them and for me it's really humbling to read the messages of support that you've
01:09all sent across so thank you.
01:12Now I just need to embrace it, I hope you embrace it, I hope you stay with us, I hope
01:17you grow with us, I will try to bring my best self to that Football Focus chair and we're going
01:23to have some fun.
