00:03Hello and welcome to the third annual Hello Star Women Awards. I'm delighted to be back on hosting
00:11duties. What a year 2020's been. I'm just really pleased that we'll be able to come together and
00:17shine this spotlight on some real inspirations and give them the recognition that they deserve.
00:22It's just great to be able to say thank you to these amazing women. We're all grateful,
00:26we want to say thank you, we want to celebrate, we want to uplift. Well it's so kind of you,
00:31I don't
00:31feel like I'm an inspiration at all. I feel like I've just been trying to get through. If it has
00:37been helpful then that is lovely. The award means a lot to me, to younger people that look like me
00:44and people that are trying to chase their dreams. Keep going, don't stop and don't let other people's
00:49opinion affect you. I would like to thank each and every one of our Well Child Children's nurse
00:54team for their dedication and hard work in caring for our growing population of children and young
00:59people. I feel really grateful to have won this award and like so many parents out there who have
01:06gone through the same loss, this is kind of for you. Winning this award means absolute world. It's
01:12fantastic. I'm so so thrilled. It just symbolises that even in the midst of darkness there is so much
01:19light. It's always such an emotional time honouring such wonderful people with their unique and
01:25courageous stories and this is especially true during these somewhat challenging times. One thing
01:31we do hope is that when we return next year hopefully the world will be in a place where we
01:36can all meet
01:36together and celebrate one another at the Star Women Awards 2021. Thank you.
