00:01Let's show them who we are.
00:07We traveled into the future.
00:13930 years.
00:15A one-way trip.
00:18No going back.
00:20On to Discovery, come in.
00:21Discovery, take your copy!
00:28You have reached year 3188.
00:31Is there life here?
00:33Anywhere?
00:34Multiple life signs detected.
00:36Yes!
00:39We are completely disconnected,
00:42but we are also together.
00:44You know, from around these parts,
00:47the Federation mostly collapsed after the burn.
00:50What's the burn?
00:50The burns today the galaxy took a hard left.
00:55The Federation isn't just about ships.
00:58The Federation is its people.
01:01I've always believed that you were out there somewhere
01:04and that we were part of the Federation no matter what.
01:06Welcome to the future.
01:08Dysfunction aside,
01:09we all make a pretty good team.
01:10Dysfunction is the team.
01:12We've just accepted it.
01:14No, we haven't.
01:17True believer.
01:19Yeah.
01:20Time travel though.
01:21There was no other way.
01:24The thing is,
01:25you've got no authority here.
01:29Let's show them who we are.
01:35What?
01:37We all want a future that's real.
01:39That matters.
01:40The Federation gave us the resources and the mandate
01:44to solve the biggest,
01:45most troublesome problems in the galaxy.
01:48And I may question,
01:49and I may fear,
01:50because the problems often seem insurmountable.
01:53But haven't we always risen to meet them?
01:56We have work to do.
01:58But if things were easy...
02:02It wouldn't be worth it.
02:04Huh?
02:08We're not doing that.
02:10Let's go.
02:11We have done it.
02:11We have a good day.
