00:01Hi guys, it's Gordon. Just wanted to say that I'm thinking about you all and more
00:08importantly having to close all the restaurants down tonight. Yes, it's a big
00:13blow. Second time for us. So my number one concern are the teams, every chef,
00:22every waiter, everybody involved and put these incredible restaurants together.
00:25And then a big apologies to the customers, you know, to the thousands of guests that
00:30have booked across November in hope of celebrating their birthdays or just getting out and enjoying
00:37good food, good service and great ambience. We're shutting down for a month, which is
00:42a huge blow for all of us. But do you know what? We'll be back. We'll be back on the
00:472nd of December.
00:48And then I think about, you know, our brand new restaurant we're supposed to be opening tomorrow
00:52night. That's not happening either. So I'm going to wrap that one up for Christmas and bring it back
00:55out again in December. But then you have to press pause and just think about everybody connected to
01:01the NHS, every doctor, every nurse, every reporter, every receptionist, the pressure the government's
01:06under. And then that makes you understand how vital this lockdown is. It's going to be short,
01:12it's going to be hard, but we're going to reopen on the 2nd of December and celebrate Christmas together
01:18in true style. And let's be honest, I don't think there's ever been a more anticipated
01:2331st of December looming because I can't wait to get there like you all to welcome in 2021.
01:31So I'll be in touch across the four weeks. The team are going to be working hard, developing and
01:36creating some new exciting ideas. And so I just wanted to say my apologies once again to all of you,
