00:00Hi guys, it's Gordon. Today's the day. Today is a significant day where we kickstart this amazing industry once again.
00:09You know, 105 days ago, we were brought to our knees and it was a huge shock and certainly the
00:16first time in two and a half decades across my career that we got told to stop.
00:21You know, I've always been a very optimistic individual with my glass constantly half full, but these last three and
00:30a half months have been so testing, testing for, you know, every chef in the country, every waiter, you know,
00:37all the families involved with restaurants.
00:38But what has been proven is that how important the hospitality sector is because it gives such joy, breaking bread,
00:50you know, creating the most amazing memories, celebrating.
00:53That's what restaurants are about. And last night meeting all the teams, the energy in the room was like a
00:58packed Wembley Stadium.
00:59So, um, I can't wait to get those grills fired up, bums on seats, and more importantly, see you smiling
01:07and enjoying.
01:09We've taken all the measures necessary to keep the team safe and of course our customers. Um, it's a big
01:15day. I want you all to enjoy it. Can't wait to see you. And thank God we're back.
