00:00Hey guys, hope you're well. So I wanted to share something with you. It's my new book and we're at
00:05a really exciting critical stage now where we're signing off the page proofs and the colour correction and all that
00:10kind of stuff. So if you look around here, I've got everything hanging up on the walls and these whole
00:16sheets here have come from the printers and this is how a book looks before it's been cut up, folded,
00:22stitched and glued in to a book as we know it.
00:26So what we do now is we get the pictures, we get the recipes, I've got the cover made, so
00:32I haven't actually got a book, that's how it looks and all those little parts that I just showed you
00:37will be folded up and stuck inside there. So look, this is it, this is Seven Ways and this is
00:42the first book where I've ever kind of been inspired to look at data of what actually you guys do.
00:49So I've been studying what do you guys en masse buy most weeks always and then I created chapters out
00:58of those things. Fantastic things to do, potatoes, peppers, you know, whole chicken, we've got avocado, these are all these
01:07common things that you guys are buying and then I've done seven exciting ways with them and they're all really
01:13easy.
01:13You can see, you can see if you look at the layout, you know, minimal ingredients, really, really simple and
01:18nice exciting dishes and that's for all of the different dishes there.
01:23We've really had fun with the photography, it's a nice vivid pink because as you know, pink is my colour
01:28and look, there we go.
01:30So that's what we're doing at the moment, we're kind of just signing off the colour work.
01:35I'll now tip that off, then it will go back and then the next time I talk to you about
01:40the book, theoretically, I'll be able to show you one, fingers crossed.
