00:06So, how is everyone? Where should we start?
00:08Yeah, I've just been busy with all my university work.
00:12I'm still working from home.
00:14It's been very busy.
00:16I've been trying to do a full-time nursing degree while homeschooling.
00:24Amanda, would you like to let the guest in?
00:30Your Royal Highness, welcome.
00:33Hello.
00:35Hello.
00:36Hello, Your Royal Highness. It's not really a sentence I get to say very often.
00:42Each week I've just found myself learning something new and just having to face a new challenge.
00:47I am a GP. Lockdown has made us completely change the way we work.
00:52I'm also pregnant and so I've been experiencing the NHS from a patient's perspective.
00:57I've learnt so much and learnt so much about my abilities as a doctor,
01:01but also the abilities of my colleagues.
01:03Mental Health Awareness Week during Covid times, I decided to check to my Instagram page.
01:09I invited my friends on to have daily conversations about what's going on, how they feel.
01:14Sounds like you've been really busy, my goodness.
01:16You haven't still at all, but it's fantastic.
01:19The ideas that you've had, the activity that you've been doing,
01:22so much of that you can carry on in a digital space.
01:27I joined one of Justin's brave chats, which was the most fun I've had in this lockdown.
01:33I'm trying to learn Korean and Japanese and just like focus on bettering myself.
01:38Wow. You are so positive. That's amazing.
01:42And we need you as a motivational speaker, I think.
01:46This whole situation has pulled the rug from everybody's feet.
01:49It's actually just really nice hearing people's personal stories about what's happening in their lives,
01:54you know, what's going on, different perspectives.
01:57Thank you, everybody. Thank you for your time and I'll see you again soon.
