00:00I've been open and honest about my 30s. When I went to see my doctor, I was struggling with some
00:05issues, I had personal things going on, I had big career decisions to make, I suffered from endometriosis, and all
00:11of those things at that time were really getting on top of me.
00:14So I went to see my doctor and I said, it is getting on top of me and I think
00:18I might be depressed, and he went, just go and see someone, let's get you in to see somebody. And
00:22I went to see somebody for three months and it was so helpful just to be able to talk to
00:26a neutral person about everything, to put the case forward, and friends are brilliant and you should try and reach
00:32out to your friends and to your family, but sometimes it's nice to talk to somebody that isn't connected to
00:37you.
00:37And I've also said that the outdoors for me is a therapist, and it is constantly a therapist to me.
00:43It's incredibly important, I think, for all of us to spend time every day, if you can, spend time outdoors.
