00:02I am so incredibly excited to be here and celebrating with all of you.
00:09As a young working woman in the public eye, I have had to learn some lessons the hard way.
00:15But those lessons have taught me to be strong and to never give up.
00:21Today I have three important messages to share with you that I have learned along the way,
00:26both from my own experiences and from others.
00:31This stage has witnessed so many stories of incredible people doing great things.
00:37So my first message, to find that tiny flame inside of you that makes you shine brighter than you feel,
00:46that gives you the joy you deserve and the belief that you can change the world.
00:52The second is to never give up, no matter what obstacles are put in your way.
00:59If you push yourself a little each time you face an obstacle,
01:04you realize your potential and get even closer to your goal.
01:09And the final message is one that I have benefited from the most.
01:14You don't have to face anything alone.
01:18Not illness, not bullying, not anxiety or stress at school or at home.
01:25You can reach out to others.
01:28You should reach out to others.
01:31Find someone in your life you can confide in.
01:34And if you feel you can't share with those closest to you,
01:38there are so many resources available.
01:41Your local library, your school, your community center,
01:46they all have services that you can reach out to for the help you need.
01:50You are never alone, no matter what the obstacle.
01:57Now our next speaker takes inspiration from her faith
02:01and lives by three important pieces of advice.
02:04She knows that in order to create change,
02:08you need to get involved and help change the narrative.
