00:37No, I'm trying not to, I'm trying really hard not to think anything negative.

00:40Because I think this is an opportunity that so many people would love.
00:44And I think Strictly is not just dancing, it's the whole Strictly experience.
00:49It is the other dances, it's being there, it's the hair, the make-up, it's like theatre.
00:53And it's really exciting.
00:55So if I'm tired, I think, well, you know, you're tired, you're not going to die, it's
00:59fine.
00:59And I have to be very organised.
01:02So like tomorrow, I've got other things I'm doing and I know I've got to have this bag,
01:06that bag, those shoes, that thing, then I'm going on training, mustn't forget my shoes,
01:10mustn't forget my food.
01:11So it's planning.
01:12But apart from that, I mean, I'm tired now, but I'm in a nice tired.
01:16I mean, I've just done four and a half, five hours of dancing.

01:21And I feel good.
01:23You know, in praise of my wife, I do have to say, she is one of the most organised people
01:29that you will ever meet.
01:31And that's from her military upbringing.
01:33She was, you know, it's true, she's from an army family.
01:37She can pack a kit bag, she can do a schedule.
01:40Yeah.
01:40She's very, very good at that.
01:42And you've got an amazing work ethic though.
