00:04Hi Hello Readers, I'm Sianaz and today I'm on board the Queen Mary 2 for Kuna's Transatlantic
00:10Fashion Week Voyage and I'm here with Dianne who is one of the bar supervisors here and he
00:16has specially created a bespoke Hello cocktail. So please take it away. The cocktail named Hello
00:24just for a special occasion. The first ingredient we're going to use is fresh basil leaves. Another
00:35main ingredient is Queen Elizabeth Jean. Another main ingredient is strawberry sake.
00:53So what made you decide these ingredients? We tried to actually like create something
00:58that is a red color, reddish color and then that matches actually the event. When you do
01:05the cocktail you kind of a little bit research and try to pair the ingredients so it goes well
01:11with the event and the guests tasting the cocktail. So something exotic should be actually very
01:17complex but in the same time very simple. I don't know if you know what I mean. Sounds
01:24very glamorous. Galliano, which is vanilla flavored liquor. Egg white. That gives a little
01:36well-bitty texture. Sugar syrup. A touch of lime juice. All right. So all the ingredients we're going to dry
01:54shake
01:54first. So how long have you been working as a cocktail connoisseur? From 2005 and with Cunard. And what are
02:05some of the most popular requests here? Since the Cunard is very sick and traditional company, we do have a
02:13lot of all time favorites and classic cocktails. So then we're going to fine strain this cocktail over ice in
02:22a shaker.
02:22We're going to want to dry out the ice.
02:52ingredients, again in a chilled cocktail bath.
03:14Alright, so we use strawberry sake, we add the strawberries and garnish and some dried fruit on that.
03:27Wow, very, very beautiful.
03:30Give it a go.
03:36Mmm, really nice, thank you.
