00:09first Christmas married to Steve and we're going to spend it down in Cornwall with my family and
00:15we're going to have a little pre-Christmas celebration with his family as well um we
00:20don't tend to have too many traditions in our household just all of us getting together we
00:24play a lot of board games we get quite competitive and Shiraz is a big thing in our house so
00:29lots of games um as a sports person it's pretty important that I try and keep my fitness up
00:34during Christmas um but I think a really good way of getting out there and keeping up a little bit
00:39of fitness is doing things like having long walks with your family and so you can still spend time
00:44together um maybe take the dog out at the same time um the best Christmas present that Steve got me
00:50was probably when he got me a mountain bike I know it sounds like I'm seven years old but
00:55it was really it was a good bike
