00:03I don't do this often, hardly ever, but I'm going to thank my mom and dad and I'm going to
00:08thank them because they gave me an opportunity to live in a situation that enabled me to learn and gave
00:20me the comfort of being able to do that at my pace and that turned out to be very important
00:26to me.
00:26I have a brother, Jack, I have a sister, Jean, and I'm grateful for them.
00:32To my parents, Bruce and Diane, who showed me the love and the passion for acting, and not only the
00:41love of it, but they have been the true and singular inspiration,
00:47and I couldn't have asked for a more perfect education than being raised in the 70s by Bruce Dern and
00:53Diane Ladd with movie sets.
00:56And I ask the universe that these three stars right here, that whoever, when I'm dead and gone, if I'm
01:03still alive, whoever comes and looks at it or stands on it,
01:08may the energy of the three of us of our lives permeate into them, into their foundation, and help each
01:14and every one fulfill their destiny with joy and love as I wish for you.
