For the Record: Your officer flashed bright lights directly at me while I was walking, then quickly drove away. Alarmed by the encounter, I followed the police vehicle and observed two police vehicles stopped in the middle of the street while the officers appeared to be speaking with one another. After I walked past the vehicles and looked directly at the officers, they made a U-turn and drove away.
