00:14Unfortunately a sandstorm meant it got postponed 24 hours but we were glad as winds were high and visibility was

00:22The local Egyptian boat co-rearranged everything but we could only get a slot at 8pm which was disappointing as
00:30it meant we'd missed the 6.20pm sunset but appreciated the reason why
00:34I asked if they'd let us know if any cancellations on the 5 or 6pm cruises and they whatsapped me
00:41on the day to say we could go at 5pm instead
00:46Extremely pleased and the communication throughout was excellent as was their understanding of English
00:51We caught a taxi to the Seagull restaurant docking area and very pleasantly surprised by how lovely the boat was
00:58The seating was extremely comfortable and tasteful decor
01:02We hadn't opted for food but had two cappuccinos which were free
01:07Many others had ordered an Egyptian meal and it looked to be of a very high standard and generous portions
01:14The serving staff were great and also brought us fleece blankets when asked
01:19The band were two men playing drums and saxophone to recorded Egyptian songs and they were excellent
01:26We sailed for 2 hours and really enjoyed the whole experience
01:31I'd definitely recommend and it was an excellent way to spend our last night after a week sightseeing in Cairo

01:42Long story short I had a very dynamic itinerary with a lot of flight cancellations and last minute changes
01:50The cruise was top notch with all the staff including the captain and the chef being polite and sincere

02:06The food options were plentiful, I went with the T-bone steak, and it was cooked exactly how I asked
02:13The chef knew I wanted it medium rare and flame grilled it perfectly
02:17Even taking into consideration how long my steak would be resting before it was dropped off at my table
02:23I always appreciate when the chef comes to the tables to talk and ask about the food personally
02:29The juice selection and freshness was out of this world with the mango being my personal favorite
