Inside Berjaya Times Square in central Kuala Lumpur, this indoor theme park spreads over 133,000 square feet and is divided into two zones, Galaxy Station and Fantasy Garden. Galaxy Station packs in thrill rides including the Supersonic Odyssey triple-loop roller coaster and a Go-Kart track. Fantasy Garden, the Kids' Zone, includes the Fantasy Labyrinth and gentle family rides.
Transcript
00:09I think my 3rd grader rode the bumper cars more than 20 times.
00:14My 5th grader really enjoyed the roller coaster.
00:17We went in at 12.30pm and barely managed to coax them out at 6.30pm.
00:24Some rides weren't working and there weren't a huge number of them,
00:27but it was plenty for elementary schoolers to enjoy.
00:31The food felt a bit expensive by local standards, but the hot dogs were delicious.
00:37Since it wasn't crowded on a weekday, we were able to ride to our heart's content without waiting.
00:44When we arrived at the theme park, we found out that the opening hours were 12 o'clock,
00:50which was a strange time.
00:51But we arrived at 10.30, so we had to stroll around the plaza and have lunch first.
00:58As soon as it was 12 o'clock, we started playing.
01:02There were almost no people in this indoor theme park, so we let him play each game 6 or 7
01:08times.
01:09It's great that we didn't have to queue, so we had a lot of fun.
01:15Our family of four enjoyed a full day out for just under 10,000 yen.
01:20Even though it was a public holiday, we entered right after opening and it was so empty it felt like
01:26we had the place to ourselves,
01:28allowing us to ride as many rides as we wanted.
01:32Reentry isn't allowed, but there are several cafes inside the park, so we had plenty of food and drinks.
01:40My son was free for children under 3, and although he could only ride 4 rides, he was still very
01:46happy.
01:47My older sister is over 91 centimeters tall, so she can probably ride 3 more rides independently.
01:54Buying tickets here is cheaper than buying them on site, and staying in the hotel upstairs is very convenient.
02:02My 6th grade daughter doesn't really have anything to ride other than 2 or 3.
02:07It seems worth visiting for younger children as there are plenty of things to do.
02:13For older children, it might be much better to buy a ticket on site that allows them to ride 2
02:18or 3 rides.
02:21I went because of my 44-month-old child, and it is exactly worth the price.
02:27Don't go expecting something like Everland in Korea, just plan on having a casual day out.
02:33Thanks to that experience, I have decided not to go to Genting Highlands.
02:39For lower elementary school children under 125 centimeters tall, there's nothing they can ride, so it's boring.
02:49There are only rides for preschoolers, and they get bored quickly.
02:53The amusement park itself is colorful and cute, though.
02:58The indoor amusement park is air-conditioned, so it's not a problem in bad weather.
03:04Although the facilities are a bit old, they offer a good level of excitement and there are also areas for
03:11children to relax.
03:13The rides here seem to run for twice as long and at twice the speed as elsewhere, especially the ones
03:20that spin continuously, making you dizzy and light-headed.
03:24There are many rides for adults, but it is great for young children to play.
03:29You can buy food inside, but please bring some drinks with you.
03:34The only downside to the tickets was that we couldn't enter directly and had to exchange them for physical tickets
03:41at the ticket office.
03:43Buy and use immediately, discounted, convenient, fun, great value, new truck parking lot, new trucks, excellent value for money.
03:54There aren't usually many people, so there's no need to queue.
03:59It's a pity that you can't freely enter and exit.
