Seven hundred years ago, Lucifer was betrayed by Azazel and Asmotai. He sealed Azazel but Asmotai escaped. Injured, he was saved by Lilith, who bore his daughter Morningstar. Lucifer has long sought the second traitor. Now living in Brooklyn as a hotel parking attendant under the name Inphoenix, he continues his search.
