In Preman Pensiun Season 1 Episode 6, the story shifts between the younger generation’s adventures and the gang’s street business. This episode opens with Kinanti starting her internship, choosing to take public transport to the office instead of riding in a car, which worries Kang Bahar. He secretly orders Kang Mus to arrange a covert escort for her using funny coded messages about chili prices to track her movements on the bus. Meanwhile, Kinanti grows closer to a coworker named Adit during lunch.
At the same time, Ubed quits his life as a pickpocket after a mishap and tries to apply for real jobs with mixed results. A new character, Dewi, joins the pickpocket crew and quickly becomes their leader due to her talent. Back in Kang Bahar’s world, he begins tending to his bonsai trees and shares his thoughts on art with Amin. Later, Kang Bahar sends Kang Mus on a “clean job” — to find Badrun, who owes a large debt. After a humorous chase and confrontation in a mall parking lot, Badrun agrees to settle his debt within a week.
