00:00It was very easy for me to let other people make decisions for me and then and then when it
00:05wouldn't work be like, oh, I should have said something, you know, oh, why didn't I say? Oh, but there
00:11wasn't enough time. There just wasn't enough time. We just and and realizing like, man, I spent some key pivotal
00:18moments in my career.
00:21Feeling like I was being far more reactive to what was happening than like proactive and setting myself up to
00:28like fully be present, you know, and I look back at it and I'm like, I'm very proud of myself
00:32for having made it through those moments.
00:34But like there was moments where and this is like even deeper on like the the experiences I used to
00:40have with like anxiety and panic attacks, you know, I didn't know that that was like my body physically telling
00:46me something's wrong.
00:48You're not OK. But because you're scared to let other people down, you're scared of what other people might say.
00:55You push through anyways. And I realize like just because you can doesn't mean you should.
01:03And I think that that's one of my most valuable lessons for sure, because there was, I mean, many moments
01:09before going on to a stage.
01:11And I mean, we're talking full blown tears, can't breathe. If you've had a panic attack, you know, the world
01:17is ending.
01:19And there's also this like subconscious part of you that's like, girl, breathe, just breathe.
01:24You know, you know what this is, you know, but your nervous system can't tell the difference between like the
01:29mental bear and the real bear that's in the room and there's no bears in the room.
01:33So like chillax, it's OK, you know. Yeah, just being really young and in really high stress situations like, you
01:41know, you're everybody's boss, but technically everybody's older than you.
01:44And it's just such an interesting dynamic to have grown up in.
01:48And so I think that that has been the most valuable lesson for me up until this point.
01:53You know, just like, yeah, just because you can doesn't mean you should.
