00:04pressure for women to have to reinvent themselves in order to like stay relevant or to create like a new

00:12And there's this like I feel really grateful to have grown up in this kind of era of artists, female
00:19artists who have advocated for just like saying sort of like fuck the box that people put us in and
00:26just, you know, make art that is reflective of where you're at and for yourself.
00:32And so I feel lucky that I get to have this sort of, yeah, in between perspective about my music
00:40right now as a result of everyone who has come before me who has just been themselves and made that
00:46OK without like having to dye your hair or invent a new sound or whatever.
