00:03Pretty well so far, we did all of March in the studio
00:07and then we had a bit of a break so we could reflect on the songs
00:11and see for the rest of, or at least two weeks of May, Paul's going to be doing
00:15putting the vocals on and then we're going to see if they're good or not
00:20Are you going to test some of the new stuff out tonight when you play?
00:24Yeah, we've been playing two or three of the new stuff, one of the new songs
00:28is off the Split vinyl that we just released on through and down to the radio
00:32and then we're playing another two new ones that might
00:36or might not be on the album. Have you got any big plans for videos
00:40what with your Zombie video with Danny?
00:44Danny wants to do another video with us, I think perhaps
00:48we're going to do something less theatrical, I don't know how far we can go to perhaps
00:52the top of the Zombie video in terms of theatrics, maybe we'll just do something
00:56a bit more band-centric at this time
00:59We're not up to the acting really
01:03And you've changed your name to Hawkeyes
01:05All the fans are accepting it
01:07Yeah, it's gone down pretty well
01:10Obviously some people prefer the old name
01:12some people prefer the new name
01:14There hasn't been any picket lines at gigs yet
01:19Have you got any hardcore fans with their Chicken Hawk T-shirts coming out in support of the old name
01:26proving that they were there from the start?
01:28I don't know about hardcore fans
01:30but when we were unloading before
01:33I looked across the road there was a guy in a Chicken Hawk T-shirt staring at us
01:36and we just nodded at him and carried on
01:43That was a rather surreal moment
01:45We don't normally get that
01:48Have you had any other situations like that?
01:50Have you actually been getting a bit bigger?
01:52Not for us, but when we did the Alexis on Fire tour in Newcastle
01:57we were loading out the back of the venue
01:59and there were about
02:00probably close to 30 fans obviously waiting for Alexis on Fire
02:05not us, and every time the back door opened
02:06and it wasn't them, they booed
02:08so every time we were loading out
02:10our cabs and our amps and our speakers
02:13and what not, we just got booed
02:14which was nice
