00:17I'm honoured. It's all good. It's gonna be nice. Maybe I'll get some Radio 1
00:22daytime play. First of all, this is the muddiest, dirtiest shit I've ever seen in
00:27my fucking life. It's good though. So many people. It's a big event. You see the
00:33paparazzi chasing Pete Docherty like wolves. Crazy. I love festivals. Not to go to
00:41festivals myself and do the festival thing and camp and all that. I love
00:46performing at festivals. Some of the best things you can do. Okay, how do I find the
00:50difference between doing my own shows and festivals? Yeah, obviously people know me
00:55when they come to my shows. But festivals, some people might be seeing you for the
00:59first time but that's good as well because you get to reach new people and
01:03that. And people are regardless here to have a good time, smoke, drink, get high,
01:08whatever they do, get loose. I mean, so it's all good man. I like it. Everyone I've
01:14collaborated I've enjoyed working with man. We're from Bun B, UGK, Arctic Monkeys,
01:19Lily Allen, Shy FX, Fuzzy whoever man. I mean, it's all been good. I might have a beat with some
01:26lyrics on it, an idea and I'll ring and say yo look I've got this track
01:29do you want to do it? They say yes or they say no. I'll give it to them. Sometimes we
01:34might hook up but you know, thanks to technology these days you can just send
01:38things in through the computer and never even see the people. It's all way back. Arctic
01:43Monkeys thing come about, I wanted to work with them. I heard they were fans and that.
01:49I think it started off with the first track. It's a B-side called Temptations,
01:53gets you like a normally friend. Alex came down to, well they recorded the track
01:59first and they sent it to me. I said yeah I like it, I can find something for that. Then
02:03he came down to London and watched me record the first verse for it and then
02:06that's the version you hear on their B-side. And then you've got the version on my
02:11album, Cage and Footsie, they're two people that have done some of the production on my
02:17album and they just put a beat underneath it basically, sampled it, I wrote a few
02:22more verses and then that's the version you've got on maths and English from my album.
