00:13The incident occurred at about 1pm as the couple, believed to be a husband and wife from Sri Lanka,
00:19were walking past the building.
00:21The man, who is in his 50s, and his wife, who is in her 40s,
00:25suffered head injuries after being struck by the falling debris.
00:29Emergency medical personnel treated the couple at the scene
00:33before they were taken to a nearby hospital for further treatment.
00:37Fire and Rescue Department personnel quickly cordoned off the area
00:41and carried out a structural assessment of the heritage shop house.
00:45Authorities are investigating the cause of the collapse.
