00:00Episode five flashes back to how Robert went to great lengths to save Bernard, and Bernard then tells him that
00:06he is indispensable and would have made a great shadow.
00:09What do you think those gestures and shared respect in that moment meant for each of them?
00:15Those words were like, man, they were like a father who hadn't been there telling you you matter.
00:21Man, it meant a lot to Robert because Robert had been, that had been one of his goals and one
00:28of the things that he cared about most was to reach a certain level and do what he felt his
00:35purpose was in saving the silo.
00:37You see yourself in this way and you don't reach your goals and certain things happen in your life.
00:42His life was in shambles in many ways, but he still made some decisions that he felt was right, and
00:47to get that from Bernard, it was the world to him.
00:50It meant a lot, and I remember doing that scene, and I was just, you know, sometimes you're in a
00:55scene and it just feels like electric, and you just, you're just so present.
01:00And it was the last scene that Tim and I got to do.
01:03That's the first step for him, admitting you're wrong.
01:07It's a big thing to be able to say, you know what, I screwed up.
01:12You know, as you get older, there's two paths you can go down.
01:18You could go down the path of, everything I've done is right.
01:24I'm an expert in life, and people should revere me.
01:29Or you could go down the path of, you know what, I'm still learning, I'm still a student.
01:33For me, that's been the people that have inspired me the most in my life have been that way.
01:40All the people that I have been able to and blessed to know and love that have taught me great
01:47lessons all have approached life that way, that they're still learning.
01:53I think Ahmadai's story is amazing.
01:53He's kind of something.
01:54I've taken you.
01:54You.
