00:11It's about an 80% action to a point where they nearly can't be measured.
00:15And what it's going to do is it effectively will incredibly extend
00:19the fumigation ventilation times, things along those lines,
00:24which is really going to put a challenge on Australia's ability to get the crop out,
00:27which is also compounded by the fact that the levels are that low
00:30that we haven't got the gear to be able to measure it
00:33and they're internationally incredibly tight
00:36and so it puts us at a bit of a disadvantage compared to the rest of the world.
00:38What could be the doomsday sort of scenario there?
00:41The doomsday is it comes in if it's enforced.
00:44The worst case sort of impact for someone like ourselves
00:47is that a bunker fumigation goes from 2 days to 40 days.
00:50If we get a phosphine detection and that can come as a result of cross sensitivity,
00:55we're shutting down the whole ports for a day or a shift
00:57and we send the workforce to come in,
00:59is that the supply chain can grow into a hole.
01:01But it's also important to note that this applies to farm
01:03as well as the bulk handlers, so it's a whole industry thing,
01:05so collaboration is really important.
