00:20It's my little library. When I say little, it's little, but she's growing, she's becoming a woman.
00:28I recently moved to Seattle. I'm still like, you know, kind of nesting, trying to figure out
00:34different furniture pieces and also where to put them. This bookshelf is really special to me.
00:39I've had it in my family for as long as I can remember and my parents actually gave it to
00:45me.
00:46These are my little, my little guys. They bring me a lot of peace and joy. And this was my
00:52mom's
00:53childhood tea set that she had when she was a little girl. So she also gave that to me
00:58as a housewarming gift, which was very kind of her. So these are a collection of books that I have.
01:04I have a couple more strewn around the house or I give some to my mom because we share books
01:11and go
01:12back and forth. So some of them aren't here, but these are kind of like some of my favorites. So
01:16I want to show you some of them. My first ones I want to show you are my To All
01:21The Boys book set.
01:23This one is the To All The Boys PS I Still Love You movie tie-in, which is so cool.

01:31This one is the To All The Boys I've Look Before, the first movie tie-in book. And then this

01:37I Still Love You novel edition, I guess. A movie tie-in for To All The Boys Always and Forever
01:45for Jean. That is out. I just haven't gotten a copy yet, which is crazy. The majority of my books
01:51are thrillers. When I say majority, I mean like honestly all of them are thrillers. I'm a huge
01:58thriller fan. I love thrillers. I love everything about them. You're so happy. So you're going to see
02:03quite a few thrillers in here. This is a great one. This is called Five Total Strangers. I'd love
02:11for this to be made into a movie and I would love to be in it. It's incredible. It's a
02:16really great
02:16thriller about these five complete strangers stuck in a car together on a snowstorm. This is The Douche
02:22Journals by Schmidt. A definitive account of one man's genius, Schmidt. Madeline Arthur, one of my best
02:30friends. She got it for me for my birthday and has all these great quotes from Schmidt.
02:36I'm donating my kidneys to science and my heart to fashion. This is a great little book that I
02:41oftentimes will keep in my purse when I'm traveling. It's called How to Love and it reminds me basically
02:48to love. Often our pride stands in the way of our asking for help. In true love there is no
02:54place for
02:54pride. To love each other means to trust each other. If you don't tell the person you love
03:00of your suffering, it means you don't love this person enough to trust. You have to realize that
03:05this person is the best person to help you. We need to be able to get help from the person
03:10we love.
03:10I am a big fan of Harlan Coben. He is a great kind of thriller, action writer. And my dad
03:23introduced
03:24me to him for my birthday. He got me this Harlan Coben's The Boy From The Woods, which I believe
03:31recently came out and it's divine. And then immediately after I finished this, I was like,
03:37so I ran to the bookstore and got Harlan Coben's Promise Me. If you want to do like a father
03:42-daughter
03:43read, Harlan Coben. It hits deep with the father-daughters. We have like your classic A.J. Finn's,
03:49which I love. Oh, I just finished this thriller. It's awesome. It's called In Case of Emergencies
03:55by E.G. Scott. And this is so good. This is so, so good. It's about deception and, you know,
04:07doubting your reality and murder and the decay of the human brain. So if that's your thing,
04:15this is a great one. Definitely a page tuner. Loved it a lot. It's so good. I love Anthony Horowitz.
04:20He's the author. This is called The Moonflower Murders. It's delicious. Delicious. It looks daunting,
04:28but it's a very easy read and you just like eat it up like a snack. It's so good. And
04:35it's,
04:35I love kind of like period piece, like whodunits. If you are a detective or you fancy yourself to
04:44have detective skills, this is the one. This is No Exit by Taylor Adams. I want to make a movie
04:50out of it
04:51so bad. It says, A Full Throttle Thriller. Swift, Sharp, and Relentless. And that is the review by A.J.
04:58Finn, who I love. She did The Woman in the Window. So as soon as I saw that, I was
05:03like, I trust A.J.
05:04Let's read this book. And I was not disappointed. Calm the down. It is how to control what you can
05:14and accept what you can't so you can stop freaking out and get on with your life. This is a
05:19great book.
05:20She has a bunch of really awesome books. And this is my bookmark. It's for Anthony and I.
05:27And it basically tells you how to calm it down, which I need. I need desperately.
05:34We have these incredible books that are amazing. White Fragility, Why Are All the Black Kids Sitting
05:44Together in the Cafeteria, and Why I'm No Longer Talking to White People About Race. These are books
05:51that have taught me a lot and shared a lot of incredible perspective. And I've learned quite a
05:59bit from these books. And they were recommended to me on pretty much all the reading lists that
06:06we were given during the Black Lives Matter movements earlier this year. So these are
06:13incredible reads. I highly, highly recommend. This, Why I'm No Longer Talking to White People
06:19About Race, is a really, really great one. If you are just starting out like,
06:25okay, I want to learn and I want to be better. I want a piece of literature that can help
06:30me,
06:31is educational, fun to read, well researched, but doesn't feel like wildly daunting.
06:38This is a great one to start with. One of my favorite books, The Murder of Harriet Monkton. It's a
06:44whodunit, but in like old Victorian times. It's shocking to read because it's shocking to see
06:53the way that females were treated back then, which was horribly. So this one's a good one to read to
07:04and see how far we've come. I, of course, have The Rise of Kyoshi. I love Kyoshi.
07:13So I have like all my collections of The Deadly Class graphic novels. I also have one in The Big
07:20Book.
07:20This is a television show that I did a couple years back, based off of the graphic novels.
07:27The illustrations are incredible. I highly suggest if you like really, really dark,
07:31dark, dark graphic novels, this one is the one for you. I guess the last one that I'll show you,
07:37which isn't really a book, but it's a scrapbook, is my makeup artist on To All The Boys P.S.

07:44Love You made a scrapbook for me as my wrap gift and it's really, it like is kind of my
07:50prized possession.
07:51So there's a lot of like behind the scenes pictures, cast and crew writing notes, me and my makeup artist
07:59sleeping wherever we could. Oh, this is a big letter the crew wrote and signed. This is Noah,
08:10he wrote me a letter. It's very special. So this is definitely like one of my most prized possessions
08:18is my To All The Boys P.S. I Still Love You scrapbook. I'll share one more.
08:23This is The Good Mood Diet and this was written by my father, Bob Condor. He wrote this book a
08:31while
08:31about, it's called The Good Mood Diet. It's about a diet that helps you have a good mood and
08:37it's not about taking things away, but adding things like joy to my amazing darling daughter,
08:42who always puts me in a good mood. I love you fiercely, daddy.
08:48So these are just a couple of my absolute favorites. Um, in my little tiny library,
08:55I just love collecting books. I'm going to find my Ruth Ware series from my mother and be like,
