Congratulating Barisan Nasional for its victory in the Negri Sembilan polls, Prime Minister Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim says the Federal government will continue cooperating with and supporting the new state government.

Meanwhile, Bersatu secretary-general Datuk Seri Mohamed Azmin Ali said the party will conduct a post-mortem and thorough review after failing to secure any seats at the Negri Sembilan state polls.

00:31Unofficial results showed that Barisan secured 18 seats
00:35and Perikatan National won seven seats for a total of 25,
00:38which is sufficient to form the state government.
00:41Pakatan won 11 out of 36 seats contested.
00:45Datuk Siri Mohammed Azmin Ali, the Secretary General of Bersatu,
00:49which did not win any of the 24 seats contested,
00:52said the party will conduct a post-mortem and thorough review.
