00:52And the reason is actually fairly simple.
00:55We have been attempting to figure out
00:58why it was that Elon Musk decided at the last minute
01:05to spend 300 large.
01:09And typically we say 300 large,
01:11for most of us that would be 300,000.
01:13In this case it was 300 million,
01:15which isn't even large for him
01:17because he could spend 300 billion
01:19and he wouldn't make a dent in his get-along.
01:22But he spent that money at the last minute
01:24as a man who had formally voted Democrat
01:29in most elections.
01:31And he did it to keep a known felon,
01:36a rapist and pedophile,
01:38whom he knew was a rapist and pedophile,
01:40out of jail and put him in the White House.
01:43Why did he do it?
01:46And why now,
01:48after learning that Trump is indeed demonic
01:52and has disparaged him tremendously,
01:57why would he go on record and say,
02:00I'm going to do it again during the midterms?
02:04Right, right.

02:07What is the motivation?
02:08And the why word,
02:09three letters,
02:10but it's probably my favorite word.

02:13Well, how much does a get-out-of-jail-free card cost,

02:21The strong rumor is,
02:23and there is some evidence for this,
02:26that it was a part of a blackmail deal,
02:32that the incoming,
02:35or not incoming at this point,
02:36but candidate Trump knew he was in trouble.
02:41Candidate Trump was doing quite well against Biden
02:44because he was running against a man who was comatose.
02:47And even Trump could out-debate a comatose man.
02:51But when they replaced a comatose
02:53with an actual viable human being,
02:58he got trounced in the debate against cackles.
03:03And so he was desperate.
03:04He's going to lose.
03:05And I think they knew it.
03:07And so what they needed is to buy public opinion.
03:11They needed someone who could change
03:16that in-between vote,
03:20the undecideds,
03:21and do so in the seven swing states.
03:28And what they figured out is to do that
03:30was going to take 300 mil.
03:34So they had to find somebody
03:35who was willing to pony up 300 mil.
03:41And they found a guy.
03:43This guy.
03:45So how do you think it was
03:47that they convinced him
03:48to pony up 300 mil
03:52to advance the case
03:54of a known felon
03:56who today would be in jail and bankrupt
03:58if it were not
03:59for the shakedown of Elon Musk?

04:05The answer was pretty straightforward.
04:09That there are so many
04:14situations
04:16where Elon Musk has run afoul of the SEC.
04:19I've been the chairman of a public company.
04:23And I know what the rules are
04:24and I know that he violates them every day.

04:31as a public company
04:32are criminal.
04:33And there's long
04:36jail terms.
04:38He violates everything
04:39associated with insider trading
04:41and he has made all manner
04:43of shaky deals
04:44with the government.
04:46And so

04:49had his attorneys look into it
04:52and he came to him
04:54and said,
