00:00Hello, my name is Samuel McPherson. I got rescued just here actually by the R&LI lifeguards.
00:10I pretty much launched off Bigbury Beach and got taken around the corner into the river mouth by the currents.
00:19It wasn't quite windy enough for me to get back so they offered me a lift and it was great.
00:26They took me back to the beach pretty swiftly, had my kit and set me on my way.
