This video captures a moment more enchanting than the conclusion of a touching romantic comedy. It showcases the emotional reunion of a soldier with his wife after a lengthy separation of over a year. Jessica Edmisten, the videographer, shared, "When we learned he was being deployed, our daughter was just 18 months old; by the time he returned, she was nearly three." He left in August 2019 and came back in late September or early October 2020. Living apart during such a pivotal time in their child's life was challenging, especially with the added difficulties posed by the COVID-19 pandemic and overseas conflicts in January 2020. Yet, they persevered through all obstacles to reunite. Jessica reflected, "Love isn’t always grand gestures; sometimes it’s just a FaceTime call from the Middle East."
