00:00My heart is always with romcoms and I love romcoms, I love that genre more than anything.
00:04Hi, congratulations on your World Cup.
00:07Thank you so much. Did you see it?
00:10Of course I did. I was watching it like on the plane, but it was kept buffering.
00:14It was a horrible way to watch it, but it was an incredible thing.
00:17Amazing. So I'm going to get straight into it.
00:21So a devil's mouth shows how quickly people can turn against each other when they're pushed to their limits.
00:25And I was wondering what's scarier to you, a predator in the water or human beings being under extreme pressure?
00:33I mean, in this situation, like, I mean, it's still the predator in the water.
00:39Like, but also I think I kind of played a little bit of a villain in this.
00:42So like, I felt like the predator out of the water.
00:45So I don't think that's fair. But yeah, I think nothing is scarier than a shark.
00:48I mean, we had, they motorized a shark fin for us to react to.
00:55And even swimming away from a motorized shark fin is terrifying.
01:01So yeah, horrible.
01:04Did you develop a fear of like deep on the deep sea or did you already have that from before?
01:11No, it's so funny. It's like before work.
01:16So we filmed on location for like a few weeks and before we'd go to work, some of us would
01:28go like wake up and swim in the ocean before we'd go to work.
01:32And I remember being like, I can't believe that we're in this real, in this ocean while we're filming a
01:37shark movie.
01:38That's like so crazy.
01:39But I've always had a health, like a healthy, very healthy respect to water.
01:44Like you have to have an understanding with water.
01:46So I didn't go into a lot of water after the fact.
01:49It took me a while to get back into a pool.
01:50I will say like once we wrapped, it took me a while to get back into a pool.
01:54But it was just because we spent 12 hours in the water every day, you know.
01:58That's a radio station in Spain.
02:00So I was wondering if you were in an extreme situation like the one in Devil's Mouth, what song would
02:03you play to stay calm, focused and try to avoid panicking?
02:07Girl, that's a horrible question for me because I'm a panicker.
02:10I instant panic.
02:12But if I, in a different world, if I wasn't a panicker, to stay calm, I think I would listen
02:17to, oh, I listened to a lot of Claro when I was out there.
02:22I don't know.
02:22I have a whole playlist called Chill Pill.
02:25I don't know.
02:26I guess maybe I would listen to worship music or something like that to like try and stay calm.
02:30But I also am not a calm person.
02:33You're starring in another suspense project.
02:35Would you like to carry on exploring that genre?
02:37Or would you revisit like the rom-coms, Lara Jean, or Into All the Boys I've Ever Loved?
02:43Oh, totally.
02:44I wanted, God, I would love to be able to do both.
02:47I, because I love thrillers.
02:49I love, I love that world.
02:50I think it's so much fun.
02:51But my heart is always with rom-coms and I love rom, I love that genre more than anything.
02:56So I think in a perfect world, I would, I, hopefully I'll be able to manifest both.
03:01But we'll see.
