00:00Hello, and thank you for your continued confidence in APS-CZ's growth trajectory.
00:06What began as a vision to build an integrated transport operator is now a powerful growth engine,
00:15especially with international ports EBITDA soaring 256% in quarter one.
00:22Now, I present another strong performance by APS-CZ in quarter one FY27.
00:31Revenue and EBITDA both grew 19% year-to-year to Rs. 10,821 crore and Rs. 6,541 crore,
00:43respectively.
00:45Let's first talk about ports.
00:47Our domestic ports business remained a strong growth engine,
00:53delivering double-digit growth while maintaining an industry-leading EBITDA margin of 74%.
01:00This performance comes even as we execute India's largest private port capacity expansion program,
01:10increasing capacity from 653 million metric tonne today to 1 billion metric tonne by 2030.
01:19Our international ports are emerging as a significant growth engine.
01:24International ports delivered record revenue of Rs. 1,747 crores up 80% year-on-year,
01:32while EBITDA surged 256% year-on-year,
01:37driven by the addition of NQXT Australia operations and ramp-up of the CWIT Sri Lanka terminal.
01:47Cargo volumes nearly tripled to 22.8 million metric tonne from 7.7 million metric tonne a year ago.
01:55The increasing contribution from higher-margin NQXT Australia and CWIT Sri Lanka resulted in a sharp improvement in EBITDA margins
02:08to 41.8% compared to 21.1% a year ago.
02:13In logistics, our focus on scaling asset-light businesses is delivering results.
02:20Truck revenue grew 26% year-on-year.
02:23International freight network revenue rose 28% sequentially.
02:28Return on capital employed improved from 6% to 10% in FY26.
02:34And as asset-light offerings scale further, returns will continue to strengthen.
02:39In our marine business, revenue increased 67% to Rs. 901 crore and is making strong progress internationally
02:51with revenue from vessels operating in international waters,
02:57significantly exceeding domestic marine revenues.
03:01Recent milestones include our partnership with Oceaneering International
03:06to strengthen deep water engineering and offshore capabilities in Europe
03:11as well as a landmark 10-year contract supporting Argentina's LNG export program.
03:19In line with our leadership in sustainability,
03:23APSEZ became the first Indian transport company
03:26to publish a task force on nature-related financial disclosures,
03:32TNFT report, reinforcing our commitment to nature-positive growth.
03:39Despite a challenging macroeconomic environment,
03:43APSEZ continues to deliver strong growth,
03:46underscoring the resilience of our strategy and execution.
03:51We remain firmly on track to more than double revenue, EBITDA,
03:57and cash flows by FY31.
03:59Our scale is integrated across 11,000 kilometers of Indian coastal line
04:05and covering 95% of Inderland with growing international presence.
04:11Our business excellence is driven by technology, lean organization, and partnership.
04:19And the most important, which is our balance sheet capacity to fund the growth.
04:25I will take this opportunity to thank all our stakeholders
04:30for their continued trust and partnership on this journey.
