Tulfo questions P125M OVP cash withdrawal; witness says it was 'unusual'

"NORMAL BA ANG GANITO KALAKING WITHDRAWAL'  Former LandBank manager Violeta Constantino described the Office of the Vice President's (OVP) ₱125 million cash withdrawal as "unusual" when questioned by Sen. Erwin Tulfo during the impeachment trial on Wednesday, July 29.  Tulfo asked whether such a large cash withdrawal was normal for a government agency, Constantino said it was not, adding that while bank personnel wondered what the funds would be used for, they did not ask because the transaction was accompanied by the necessary bank advice.
