00:23Oczywizja do tego, 偶e na konie艅cu.
00:24I basically got very caught up in it and caught up in the world, but my wife, being a great
00:34woman that she is, you know, she saw what was happening.
00:38She confronted me with this, and I turned to a pastor friend of mine, Hal Santos, who
00:42pastors a small church in Fairview Heights, Illinois, and we went to see him for counseling,
00:49and he took us to a youth convention in Chicago, Illinois, called the Ascension Convention,
00:56and on the first night of this convention, I was sitting on the front row, and it was
01:01an auditorium full of probably 2,000 teenagers there, and teenagers, more than anybody, recognize
01:07wrestlers, that demographic, and I could hear them all, that's Ted Bibiase, that's the Million
01:11Dollar Man, and I can't remember the minister's name who was speaking that night, but it really
01:16didn't matter, because it was God, and he was talking to me, it was like burning a hole
01:19through me, and when the altar call was given, whatever intimidation I may have had before,
01:26you know, and that pride, or like, I can't let these people, these kids see me, it didn't
01:30matter, I was the first one there, and I was on my knees, and I was weeping, all of that
01:39the World Wrestling Federation, for over 50 years, the revolutionary force in sports
01:46entertainment, Steve Austin, on the outside of Brian Pillman's home,
02:07Austin, trying to get into the house, of Brian Pillman,
02:19I gotta know, you're better, you're in, for some sweet, cheesy music, right,
02:25have a nice day, have a nice day, there's nothing to be embarrassed about, well, good
02:39morning, and welcome to your show, Live Wire, it is the most interactive show on television
02:44today, as you can see, I'm standing here with one of the vice presidents of the World Wrestling
02:48Federation, good old JR, I'm the handsome Doc Hendricks, and guys, I gotta tell you, right
02:53off the top, and Sonny will not be here today, I'm sorry, the sensuous and vivacious one,
02:59we had to lend her out to England, right now, she is the premier star in the Lord Mayor's
03:04Parade, and as you can see right here, here is the national paper for England, the Sun,
03:10and Sonny definitely took over the Gary Bouchelle column, you can take a look at it right there,
03:15she's center stage, over a half a million people, right now in London, England, going crazy,
03:20about the same thing we go crazy about every Saturday morning, right here, we're talking
03:25about Sonny, is this an hour long tribute to Sonny, we all know why she's here, listen,
03:29she's no Barbara Walters, no, I didn't say she was, alright, let me tell you what we are
03:34going to talk about here today, first of all, we're going to hear from the CEO of the World
03:39Wrestling Federation, Vince McMahon is live, here in our studio, yeah Doc, can you hear me?
03:44Uh, yes I can, well you know, you're flapping your gums so much, you're talking about this
03:48is the most interactive show on TV, how can it be, because you ain't shut up since it
03:51started?
03:53Uh, ladies and gentlemen, in case you cannot recognize the voice right now that you are
03:57hearing, it is the man that is in question, the controversial issue that happened Monday
04:02night at the home of Brian Pillman, and I'm speaking about Stone Cold Steve Austin, Mr.
04:06Austin, you have the floor?
04:08Yeah, all of a sudden you say the night in question, there was no question about what
04:12happened.
04:13Oh, I think there's a big question about your reprehensible actions.
04:17It's not reprehensible, Brian Pillman tried to take my interview time and tried to turn
04:21into a shrine for Brett the Hitman Hart, and no one's going to do that to Stone Cold.
04:26So, they took a satellite to Brett's house, they took a satellite to Brian's house, meanwhile
04:30they were flying me all over the place like some jabroni.
04:33No, that's not going to happen either.
04:34I said I was going to go to Brian's house, that's exactly what I did.
04:37He had a couple of thugs out there, and they ended up getting hurt.
04:42And the same thing would have happened to Brian, I just needed a little more time.
04:45Everybody wants to jump on the bandwagon because Stone Cold is red hot.
04:50I said I never needed nobody.
04:52I turned shut up, I turned the heat up a notch higher, and everybody stabbed me in the back
04:57and wants a big apology.
04:58I ain't apologizing for nothing I've said or nothing I've done.
05:01Well, let me just ask you this, are you going to say that that was not a publicity stunt?
05:06I mean, look, the spotlight's on you now.
05:08You're going to wrestle the legend, Bret Hart, next Sunday at Survivor Series.
05:11This was a publicity stunt from my perspective, and I think you went way overboard.
05:16Now, that's not denying the fact that the World Wrestling Federation and the officials
05:20hold a lot of responsibility themselves for this volatile situation.
05:23Seems like you've been going way overboard at the dinner table, son,
05:25because I've seen you on the TV, whether it's a publicity stunt or not.
05:29I was on TV.
05:31I did what I said I was going to do.
05:32I'm going to be on Monday Night Raw this coming Monday, and if Bret the Hitman's heart,
05:37we can do this thing there.
05:38If Bret the Hitman's heart is going to be there, if he crosses my path, we can do this thing
05:42there.
05:42I ain't got to wait for Survivor Series because it's going to happen in Survivor Series regardless.
05:47Vince McMahon is going to back up anything I do because he wants the money as much as anybody.
05:52Absolutely.
05:52Bottom line is I said I'd do it all for free, and I would.
05:56I'm the best there is, the best there was, and ever will be, and that's just the way it is,
06:01Doc.
06:01Well, all right, fine.
06:03That's all well and good, and I've even gone to record saying maybe you are the best wrestler
06:06in the World Wrestling Federation today, but you're never going to convince me what you did
06:10was justified Monday night at Brian Pillman's house.
06:12Well, maybe the next time I see you, I'll justify my actions on you personally,
06:16and that's the bottom line, Doc.
06:18All right.
06:20Well, thank you so much for that phone call, Stone Cold Steve Austin.
06:23Let's talk again about what we are going to talk about here today, if you don't mind, J.R.
06:27I don't mind.
06:28We're going to hear from the CEO of the World Wrestling Federation,
06:30and he's going to give us a statement about what went down on Monday night.
06:33And that'll be compelling television, I'll tell you.
06:34Vince McMahon out here for a couple of free segments is compelling stuff.
06:37All right, we are also going to take a look at the Shawn Michaels psycho sin situation.
06:41Mr. Perfect is en route here.
06:43He is circling LaGuardia right now.
06:45Well, actually, he's not driving the plane, but there's a lot of high winds here in the Northeast.
06:49But obviously, the headlines today and all week long have been what took place at Brian Pillman's house.
06:55Ladies and gentlemen, I want to tell you right from the get-go,
06:57we here at the World Wrestling Federation take full responsibility for what happened.
07:02And we should.
07:02Yes, we should.
07:03In retrospect, we see that we should have taken more precautionary measures, this volatile situation.
07:09It wasn't like a secret.
07:11We knew it had this kind of potential.
07:13And we want to let you know something like this is never going to happen here again in the World
07:16Wrestling Federation.
07:17We accept full responsibility.
07:19The USA Network is not responsible.
07:22It's the World Wrestling Federation and the producers here.
07:25And we want to apologize.
07:26Now, some of the footage that you will see today.
07:28We're going to show the footage again.
07:29Yeah, but it's been edited.
07:31It's been edited.
07:33We have taken out the more graphic parts of this because we're not sweeping this under the carpet.
07:38We made a mistake and we're going to face up to it.
07:40All right, so right now, without further ado, and that being said, I want to take you back to how
07:45this all started.
07:46It was Kevin Kelly.
07:47He was at Brian Pillman's home in Walton, Kentucky, and he started conducting the interview, and Stone Cold Steve Austin
07:54showed up.
07:55Brian, I have to ask you, after the unprovoked savage attack last week on WWF superstars, you had, I understand,
08:02reconstructive surgery once again on your ankle.
08:04Can you give us the prognosis?
08:06What have the doctors told you about your recovery?
08:07Look, Kelly, I'm alive and well.
08:09I've got an excellent prognosis for 97, but let's talk about Mr. Austin's prognosis.
08:15I've been in bitter feuds many, many times in this sport.
08:19There's a fine line between business and private lives.
08:23Austin, you've crossed that line.
08:25You've made this personal.
08:26And now we're operating on a whole different set of loops.
08:30And, Brian, we heard earlier that Stone Cold Steve Austin could be on his way to your home here tonight.
08:38Actually, if I can interject this, I'm told that, in fact, that we have Mr. Austin circling the neighborhood.
08:47And I just wonder whether or not, from your standpoint, Mr. Pillman, if you can hear me, it seems to
08:52me that, considering your vulnerability with your wife, Melanie, and with...
08:57Well, Steve Austin's very vulnerable as well.
08:59Well, not what...
08:59I think his rage has blinded him to the fact that his best friend knows him better than anybody.
09:04Do you feel it...
09:05His strengths, his weaknesses, and certainly his fears.
09:08Notwithstanding your bravado, do you feel a hostage?
09:10Do you feel like you're a hostage in your own home tonight?
09:14Steve is a dead man walking, because when Austin 316 meets Pillman...
09:21Oh, my God.
09:21Not a millimeter o'clock!
09:23Oh, my God.
09:23I'm going to bless his s**t!
09:26He's out there, man!
09:27Steve Austin's out there now, man!
09:31Ladies and gentlemen, we're back with Moriah, and we are live!
09:34We are at Stone Cold Steve Austin!
09:36We had heard that Austin had arrived on the scene as we left for a break!
09:39Stone Cold Steve Austin's out there with Brian Pillman's friends!
09:42And Pillman's friends are trying to keep Austin away!
09:45Look at this!
09:48These shots are live!
09:56Steve Austin!
10:00Look at this!
10:04Come on, dude!
10:06Let's go, sir!
10:10Well, obviously, JR, that was the beginning of the volatile situation at Brian Pillman's
10:15house, but it was far from the end.
10:17And what really appalled me about this whole thing, and once again, I want to go on record
10:20saying we here at the World Wrestling Federation apologize for what happened.
10:24It was our fault, our fault alone, not the USA Network's, not anybody else's, and we're
10:29not trying to sweep that under the cover or the carpet.
10:31But it appears to me that Stone Cold Steve Austin was trying to send a message to Bret Hart.
10:36He's so happy he's in the spotlight now, and he's trying to send a message to Bret Hart.
10:40Look what he did to Brian Pillman's family.
10:42Stone Cold Steve Austin's had a lot of bad things happen to him early in his career.
10:45He's been treated very unfairly by a lot of people.
10:48I think the World Wrestling Federation certainly is well past due in making this apology.
10:52As far as I'm concerned, folks, this was nothing more than a Monday night ratings ploy.
10:56This is a great reason to get the ratings up as far as Monday Night Raw is concerned.
11:02Everybody knows it's on an hour earlier across the country.
11:05To me, it's a ratings ploy, and Vince McMahon should be personally ashamed, and that's exactly
11:09what we're going to tell him when he comes out here.
11:11Well, Vince is here live, and he has a statement to make being the chairman of the World Wrestling
11:14Federation.
11:15But right now, let's go back to what happened on Monday Night Raw, and let's see what happened
11:19when Stone Cold Steve Austin wouldn't stop.
11:22This is edited footage.
11:24Stone Cold Steve Austin breaking into the house.
11:27Vince, all right, we heard Stone Cold Steve Austin outside.
11:29He's been making his way around all the way to the back of the house, screaming and yelling,
11:33Tillman's got this pistol out, and I don't know what the hell is going on here.
11:37This is ridiculous.
11:38Tillman's got this, what the, what the hell is that?
11:46Did somebody call the police?
11:49It's Austin.
11:50Get out of there, Steve.
11:51Don't go in there.
11:52Don't go in there.
11:54All right, ladies and gentlemen, you see, once again, the edited footage of what happened
11:58at Brian Tillman's.
11:59I think that it is somewhat important to note that there were at least 75% of the people
12:04on America Online that thought this was great, compelling television.
12:08With that said, we are still saying this was a major mistake on the part of the World Wrestling
12:12Federation.
12:13This is not going to happen.
12:14We're admitting that, J.R., and we as part of you, because you are a vice president here.
12:19You knew about that situation.
12:21Last Sunday, Steve Austin called me at my home, said he was going to Brian Tillman's.
12:24Wasn't a joke.
12:25Wasn't a publicity stunt.
12:26I told everybody that would listen to me on Monday at the Titan Towers.
12:30I told Vince McMahon.
12:31I told the secretary.
12:32I told the executive producer, Kevin Dunn.
12:33I told everybody.
12:34But nobody listens to good old J.R.
12:36Oh, he's just blowing off steam.
12:38He's got that postman's mentality, you know, disgruntled worker.
12:43That's not what it was.
12:44I tried to warn people.
12:45All right.
12:45Well, be that as it may, J.R., we're going to discuss this with the chairman of the World
12:50Wrestling Federation, Vince McMahon.
12:51You can see him.
12:52He is live in the green room right now, and I imagine he might take some calls.
12:56But if not, he's going to give us a statement on how he feels about this volatile situation.
13:00But still to come, we're going to check out the situation with the people that will be
13:05getting it on next Sunday for the World Wrestling Federation.
13:07These guys are not friends.
13:09No, they're not friends at all.
13:10Sean and Sid, we'll talk about them and Mr. Perfect.
13:15Tight.
13:16Oh, the crap.
13:18So, Vince, you're coming back to continue a legacy?
13:22Stone Cold's going to make your comeback a living hell.
13:24You know, you can start begging for some mercy right now.
13:29You're not going to find it.
13:30I think you're completely pathetic.
13:33You're the best there is, was, and ever will be, whatever.
13:37Son, you're looking at the best there is.
13:39Austin 316 rules.
13:41I will kick your pink and black a** all over the guard.
13:44I'm going to end your legacy.
13:46You will beg for mercy.
13:47At Madison Square Garden.
13:50He's done the right thing.
13:52I'm not here to jump down Vince McMahon and throw it every time he takes a deep breath.
13:55But the WWF made a huge mistake.
13:57At least he's man enough to admit it.
13:59Okay.
13:59There's no doubt we made a big mistake.
14:00All right.
14:01And I do want to tell you that we are going to take your calls.
14:03Vince is going to take your calls, JR, and everyone here.
14:06But first, I want to go back to right as the end of Monday Night Raw was about to happen
14:12and Stone Cold Steve Austin, relentless, I mean a publicity hound, broke in to Brian Pillman's
14:19house one more time.
14:22Power's been restored, Vince.
14:24Guys, everybody is here inside the house.
14:27But I can tell you that I do not know where Stone Cold Steve Austin is right now.
14:31Was any, did anybody fire a shot?
14:35Is anyone hurt?
14:36It's a crazy scene here inside the home.
14:38Did anybody get shot?
14:42And Brian Pillman being restrained by his friends.
14:46Nobody's been shot.
14:47What?
14:47Nobody's been struck by any of the, any of the explosions.
14:50Do you, do you know where Austin is?
14:53Vince, I'm sorry.
14:54Can you hear me?
14:56Do you know where Austin is?
14:57I do not know where Steve Austin is.
14:58Was more damage.
15:00He saw the gun.
15:00He saw the gun and he left.
15:02Oh my God, he's back.
15:05All right, ladies and gentlemen, there you see the end of Monday Night Raw.
15:08And for those of you that watched it live, you do know that this footage has been short.
15:12And I want to reiterate again, you're probably going to get sick of hearing me say this,
15:15but it has been edited.
15:16It has been censored.
15:17And we do apologize for what went down on Monday Night Raw.
15:21All right, right now on the phone is the man who was somewhat terrorized by Stone Cold Steve Austin
15:27on Monday night, Brian Pillman.
15:28And Brian, good morning and thanks for joining us.
15:31Thanks for having me on, Doc.
15:32I would like to say on my own behalf, I sincerely regret the unfortunate language that was used
15:40on the program.
15:43I didn't mean for that to happen.
15:45It was more a byproduct of a very heated confrontation.
15:47I would like to extend that apology to all the WWF fans and the USA Network.
15:54But by the same token, I'm not about to apologize for the actions I took to defend my family.
16:00I would definitely rather be tried by 12 than carried by 6.
16:05I think WWF knew how heated this situation was, how tense and volatile.
16:12And that was certainly proven by Stone Cold the previous week when he attacked the production
16:18crew there at the WWF studios.
16:23And he certainly went on to carry out his word when he barged into my home with a baseball bat.
16:29All right, but Brian, let me ask you this.
16:31And before I do, let me bring in Kevin Kelly.
16:33He was the reporter on the scene.
16:36I'm curious, what happened after Raw went off the air?
16:39How long did it take to calm this situation down?
16:41Well, thankfully, after we went off the air, Stone Cold Steve Austin, as you saw, was pushed
16:46out of the home by Brian Pillman's friends.
16:49Stone Cold Steve Austin, this is what makes me think that this was a planned publicity stunt,
16:53Doc.
16:53He knew we were off the air.
16:54It was at that point that Stone Cold left Brian Pillman's home.
16:57Now, you can imagine, Brian Pillman's neighbors are all watching this on television.
17:01They started coming out of their homes, and it was a very crazy scene.
17:04Walton, Kentucky is a beautiful residential area, but believe me, Stone Cold Steve Austin
17:08turned it on its ear.
17:09And I can tell you that Brian's wife, we want to make sure that she's okay, because beyond
17:14words, she was absolutely distraught, as was I.
17:17I've never been involved in a situation like this ever, in personal life or professionally.
17:21It was the scariest thing that I have ever been part of.
17:23Brian, let me ask you, how is your wife, Melanie?
17:26And I'm sure she's got to still be haunted by this.
17:29Absolutely, Doc.
17:30She's been a nervous wreck ever since.
17:32She sleeps with the light on, and I've had to make tremendous efforts to increase the
17:39security around here, because we never know when this psycho-rabbit animal is going to
17:43show up again.
17:44Well, that's true, but I might suggest that you probably wouldn't have to worry about
17:47it if it wasn't on live TV, because as Kevin nailed it right on the head, this was a publicity
17:52stunt that went way overboard.
17:54Mr. McMahon?
17:54I'd like to say this, Brian, and to Kevin and everyone who was involved, and certainly
17:59to your wife, all of your family members, your neighbor, everyone who watched this, to the
18:03USA Network, we certainly bear the full brunt and responsibility for all the actions and
18:11placing a camera in that volatile situation.
18:13And we would like to apologize not only to the USA Network, but to everyone who was involved,
18:19and certainly to you, Brian, and to your family.
18:21Well, Vince, hindsight being 20-20, everyone has a lot of regrets involving this situation.
18:27I don't think anybody realized at the time this thing was going to blow up in our face,
18:32and I'm as guilty as anyone.
18:36No, I don't look at it that way, but thank you.
18:38All right, Brian, real quick, because we appreciate your time.
18:41I'm kind of curious, did this, like, take your recovery back any steps?
18:46I've seen you hopping around on Monday night.
18:48Did you further injure that ankle?
18:50Believe it or not, the situation gave me such an adrenaline rush, I was able to hop up on
18:55one foot and bounce around, and I certainly was concerned about the ankle.
19:00That's why I made the preparation I did for Stone Cold's arrival, but fortunately, I got
19:07out of it without any further damage.
19:10Well, I think you're a very fortunate man for that, and once again, we want to thank
19:14you for being on LiveWire with us this morning, Brian.
19:17All right, ladies and gentlemen, stay right there with us, because we do have a lot more
19:21here on LiveWire.
19:22We are going to discuss the situation with Psycho Sid and Shawn Michaels.
19:27They team up Monday night on Raw, but next Sunday, they go head-to-head for the WWF title,
19:32and we're going to take your calls, your faxes, and your email about this situation.
19:38All right, kid.
19:40Survivor Series live from Madison Square Garden next Sunday, exclusively on Pay Per View.
19:47And obviously, one of the big matches about Survivor Series is what we've been discussing
19:52all day today on LiveWire, Bret Hart taking on Stone Cold Steve Austin.
19:58Where's my, there I am, hello.
19:59And speaking of Bret Hart, this Thursday, Bret Hart is going to be at C&M Variety doing
20:06a card show.
20:08That's right, at Lundy's Shopping Mall from 6 to 9 o'clock.
20:11Brooklyn, Brooklyn, Doc.
20:11That's in Brooklyn, New York.
20:12Brooklyn, New York, this Thursday.
20:14And you can see the number on your screen.
20:16For more information, call that 6 to 9.
20:18I got it in.
20:18Good.
20:19You did a good job.
20:19All right, let's take your calls now, though.
20:21Let's talk about Survivor Series.
20:23Let's talk about this volatile situation, Monday Night Raw, and what went down.
20:27Right now, we're going to listen to Lisa from Florida.
20:31Lisa, good morning.
20:31Yeah, good morning.
20:33Go ahead.
20:34Okay, please don't hang up.
20:36I just had to say, you guys need to really clean up your ass.
20:40You know, the wrestling is a kid's show.
20:42Kids do watch it.
20:44And, you know, you guys have been going downhill ever since Go Dustin came on.
20:50The language, I don't feel is necessary.
20:53You can get your point across without the language.
20:56And, you know, there's no reason for the guns.
20:58This is a wrestling show.
21:00Let's see wrestling instead of the shows, the plays, and everything else.
21:04You know, get down to the morals.
21:06You know, where I have a teenager now.
21:08My child has been watching wrestling since about the age of three.
21:12And you guys, I would never, you know, I have, in my teenage short, and we both feel it was
21:18very bad, you know, sportsmanship and everything else.
21:22But, you know, you had the previous Razor show good morals, you know, so just, you guys need to get
21:29back to the morals and, you know, show some ethics.
21:32Okay, well, I agree with Lisa from the perspective that, obviously, Vince addressed this.
21:37A ton of kids talking about ethics.
21:39All right.
21:40Vince?
21:41I will hardly agree with you, Lisa.
21:42I think that, again, the World Wrestling Federation has gone too far in an effort to entertain.
21:47I think that we need to be far more responsible for our actions, far more responsible to wherever it is
21:54that we may be airing in terms of time zones that are very favorable to kids.
21:58So we certainly will be in the future, and we look forward to producing highly entertaining but highly athletic in
22:05-arena activities.
22:07Can I ask you just one more?
22:08How could you have Bret Hart show that he has good morals when all he's doing is putting down Shawn
22:14Michaels and just putting down everybody in the Federation?
22:17That's not showing good morals that way towards kids either.
22:20Well, I'd like to address that here.
22:21Let me listen up to her.
22:22Wait a minute.
22:22Why did you cut her off?
22:23Why did you cut her off?
22:23Well, I started listening to her.
22:24First of all, she's on and on.
22:26We've got this in our program.
22:27Bret Hart has never personally knocked Shawn Michaels.
22:30Shawn Michaels is Bret's opponent, not his enemy.
22:33I think Bret has said that.
22:34So I think Lisa's wrong in that particular analysis.
22:36All right.
22:36Let's take another call.
22:37I don't want to necessarily agree with that.
22:38Greg, you there?
22:39Hey, Doc.
22:40How are you, J.R.?
22:40Good morning.
22:41Good morning.
22:42Hi, Greg.
22:42J.R., first, I just want to thank you for bringing back two great superstars like Diesel and Razor Ramon.
22:46It's great to see them back in action.
22:48You're welcome, Craig.
22:48They're younger.
22:49They're better than they ever have been.
22:50They look great.
22:51They look better than ever.
22:52There you go.
22:54Mr. McMahon, I'm not going to condemn the WWF in this situation.
22:59I'm going to take the side of Brian Pillman.
23:01He's defending his family, his house.
23:03It's just unfortunate that Steve Austin happened to be there, like you said,
23:06this publicity stunt.
23:07Is there going to be any actions against Steve Austin because of this?
23:12I certainly beg to differ with Steve Austin's point of view, that he can do anything and get away with
23:16it,
23:16only because we want to make more money off of his matchup with Bret Hart.
23:20I certainly take great umbrage to that.
23:22But nonetheless, I think, again, the onus, Craig, and I appreciate your point of view,
23:26and somewhat agree with the constitutional right of Brian Pillman.
23:30But notwithstanding that, we didn't have to have our cameras there.
23:32That's right.
23:33And we knew that there was a strong possibility that Steve Austin was going to show up.
23:37As a matter of fact, I dare say we even counted on it.
23:38Very strong.
23:39So, therefore, I really think that the onus goes back on our shoulders.
23:43Absolutely.
23:44I don't have a problem with Brian Pillman defending himself,
23:47but I think that our cameras there was not appropriate.
23:51Yeah.
23:51Well, let me ask you this, Vince.
23:53And, Craig, you jump in there as well.
23:54Obviously, this was all directed to try to intimidate Bret Hart.
23:58We know how important it is for Bret Hart to be a role model to children.
24:02We know how important it is for him to lead by example.
24:05How would you imagine Bret's whole take on the situation?
24:08I think the onus, I think there's even more pressure.
24:11I think that if given restraints by everyone else as it relates to Steve Austin,
24:17I think there's more pressure on Bret Hart's shoulders than there is anyone's, quite frankly,
24:21because Bret physically can do something about it.
24:24As it relates to Steve Austin and his attitude.
24:26What if Bret loses to Austin at Survivor Series?
24:29What does that do to him?
24:29Then he lost to a better wrestler by his own words would be my estimation, JR.
24:33I would agree with that wholeheartedly.
24:34I think it's, we're eight days away from this event on pay-per-view.
24:37Bret Hart and Steve Austin, I can tell you, folks,
24:39from the locker room perspective, from talking to the athletes,
24:42there has never been a more eagerly anticipated matchup between two superstars here in the WWF
24:47that I have ever been associated with as far as the athletes themselves are concerned.
24:51And like Vince says, quite frankly, Bret's got the opportunity
24:54to do something about it eight days from now in the Garden.
24:56I have to agree with you, Doc.
24:58He is, Bret Hart is the consummate professional.
25:00I have a feeling he will take care of business
25:02and take care of Stone Cold Steve Austin once and for all.
25:04Okay, Craig, we appreciate your call.
25:06Thank you.
25:06And obviously, ladies and gentlemen, this is a very hot issue.
25:09We want to keep talking about it.
25:11We want to keep taking your calls, your faxes, your emails.
25:14But I want to let you know that we are also going to talk about
25:17the World Wrestling Federation title match next Sunday
25:20between Shawn Michaels and Psycho Sid.
25:22And they're not friends.
25:25Mr. Perfect!
25:32Well, there you have it, the self-proclaimed
25:34most perfect intercontinental champion of all time.
25:37Where is Mr. Perfect?
25:38Well, right now, Mr. Perfect is like probably anybody
25:40that's trying to fly into the New York area,
25:42circling around.
25:43We have a lot of high winds here.
25:45I don't know if he's going to make it before the end of the program.
25:47I wouldn't think that it looks good right now.
25:49But we're going to stay talking about what everybody wants to talk about,
25:52the volatile situation that went down on Monday Night Raw this past week.
25:56We are going to take your phone calls, your faxes, and your email.
26:00I do want to remind you, though, that Survivor Series is just next Sunday.
26:05That's right, live exclusively on pay-per-view.
26:08But you know what?
26:09When we talk about taking some faxes and emails,
26:11I have one right here.
26:13And I think it's important to note that some people
26:16were very interested in what went on last Monday night.
26:19Some people, as a matter of fact, loved it.
26:21About 75% of the responses were positive.
26:24You can believe that.
26:25This is Cliff Redoak, and he faxed in, I'm sorry, emailed in.
26:29I watch Raw.
26:30Let me say that that was the best Raw I have seen in 15 years.
26:34I loved it.
26:35Well, this one's from Pat Rickblum or something like that.
26:39He says on his email,
26:41Let me start by saying that I'm 25 years old
26:43and following the World Wrestling Federation since WrestleMania III.
26:45We get it out.
26:46After viewing Raw tonight,
26:48I'm compelled to tell you that I've never been more disgusted with wrestling
26:51than I was after seeing the encounter at Brian Pillman's home.
26:54So, not do a favor.
26:55Now, this one comes from the Stomper.
26:57I guess Archie Goldie's got a fax machine.
26:59I swear, give me more of this next week,
27:01and I'll never watch WCW again.
27:04So, good advice.
27:05Again, this was an effort to bring attention to a new time slot of 8 o'clock,
27:10and we went too far.
27:11It wasn't work when the ratings were up.
27:13I know a lot.
27:13I got what you wanted out of it.
27:14I know.
27:15Well, again, it wasn't just my decision, J.R.
27:18There's no sense in me trying to pass the book to you and the others involved.
27:21Nonetheless, I'll take full responsibility.
27:24And it seems to me that, yes, a lot of people liked it,
27:27but that doesn't mean it was correct.
27:29And it certainly was not appropriate.
27:31And, again, it certainly was not appropriate, as USA Network made very clear,
27:35and it's not appropriate in terms of the World Wrestling Federation either.
27:38Okay.
27:38All right, we're going to take another call.
27:39Rob from Ohio, you're on Livewire.
27:41Good morning.
27:42J.R.
27:43Good morning.
27:43You are a god.
27:45You are one of the best play-by-play men I have heard in 20 years.
27:50And I've been following wrestling since I was 4 years old.
27:52How do I stack up to Vince McMahon as far as that play-by-play is concerned there, Rob, will,
27:55pal?
27:56He is such a joke.
27:58Oh.
27:59Vince, I'm sorry, man.
28:00You're too predictable.
28:01That's all right, Rob.
28:02One, two, three.
28:03Oh, no!
28:04It's too predictable.
28:05Stay in the front office where you belong.
28:07Get off the air.
28:08You're a joke.
28:10Thank you.
28:10But I'll tell you what.
28:11This is one of the best script writings I've seen in many years.
28:15I've been a big fan of NWA, big-time wrestling when you first started.
28:22And as far as Crying Brian, he's washed up.
28:25Stone Cold's going to kick his ass.
28:27All right, Rob.
28:28Well, thank you for that call.
28:29My cousin Rob in Ohio.
28:30Yeah, I see that.
28:31How much do you have to pay for him to make that testimony?
28:33All right.
28:33$1.49 a minute.
28:35Seth from Pennsylvania, you're on Livewire.
28:37Good morning.
28:38I'm sorry.
28:39Good morning, guys.
28:40All right.
28:40Thank you.
28:41How are you guys doing this morning?
28:42All right.
28:43We're good, Seth.
28:43I just want to talk about the Steve Austin, Bret Hart deal.
28:47Uh-huh.
28:48You know, Steve Austin is, like, full momentum right now.
28:50Look what he did at Brian Pillman's house.
28:53Bret Hart's making the biggest mistake of his life coming back at Survivor Series to face this guy because, you
28:59know, Steve Austin's going to destroy him.
29:01I mean, he's been going for so long.
29:03Do you think that the six-month layoff that Bret Hart has endured in his hiatus is going to come
29:08back to haunting?
29:10Yes, definitely.
29:11With no, you know, in-ring experience for six months, he's going to be rusty.
29:15And Stone Cold is, you know, he's on fire right now.
29:19Okay.
29:20All right.
29:20Well, we appreciate your call, Seth.
29:21And we are taking more calls right here at your interactive show.
29:26We're talking about Livewire.
29:27So give us a call.
29:28Give us a fax.
29:29Give us an e-mail.
29:30Vince McMahon, the chairman of the WWF.
29:32The Joe.
29:33One of the vice presidents, J.R.
29:35One of the best playmen.
29:36We're here waiting.
29:37Thank you.
29:39Samurai Ninja.
29:40Unstoppable.
29:41Headstone.
29:43Uncontrollable.
29:44Cyberfist.
29:45Uncontrollable.
29:45Uncontrollable.
29:46Tiger Ninja.
29:47Uncomparable.
29:48And now, the Milton Bradley Karate Fighters Holiday Tournament.
29:53Hi, everybody.
29:54Welcome back to the tournament.
29:55This week's matchup, Psycho Sid taking on Marlena.
29:59Looks to be a huge mismatch, King.
30:00You got that right, Pettengill.
30:02Sid may have the size, but nobody's got the directing ability of Marlena.
30:06Speaking of Marlena, let's take you to these comments recorded early.
30:10Sweetheart, you pull this scene off for me, and I'll make you the biggest star.
30:16In this town.
30:18I think she's in La La Land.
30:20I'm going with Psycho Sid.
30:21Height advantage, weight advantage, no question about it.
30:23Let's take you to the action.
30:24Karate Fighter Coliseum and Carve Albert.
30:27Take it away, Dufe.
30:27Kind word from the king.
30:30And we're underway here at Karate Fighter Coliseum.
30:33Yes, it's good.
30:35Let's take a look at the replay from our crack staff.
30:38Cyberfist will the elbow.
30:40A spectacular move.
30:41Cyberfist, you'll never work in this town again.
30:44Boys, let's do a reshoot.
30:47Noob.
30:47I'm telling you, Sid was impressive.
30:49He's got to be the favorite to win this whole tournament.
30:51If you ask me, he's the favorite to be the bellboy at the Bates Motel.
30:54Sid advances, and next week in the tournament, Doc Hendricks takes on the lovely Sable.
31:00We'll see you then.
31:05Style
31:07Sophistication
31:08The ability to launch napalm into oncoming traffic.
31:12If these are the things you look for in an automobile, it's time you test drive Twisted Metal 2.
31:17Fully automated weaponry, two rocket launchers, and the new APS plane throwing system.
31:22All standard.
31:24Drive the 1997 Twisted Metal 2 on PlayStation from Sony, and let style be your weapon.
31:39Foot action.
31:40To me, foot action is working my game.
31:43Until I can take my own shadow.
31:54Foot action is also where you find the latest basketball shoes from Reebok, like the Aftershock.
32:01For every action, there's foot action.
32:04You know you need life insurance to protect the family you love.

33:04This week on WWF Superstars, you'll see Intercontinental Champion Hunter Hearst Helmsley, Philly vs. Barton in a tag team shootout,
33:13and WWF Champion Shawn Michaels in action.
33:16It's WWF Sunday Morning Superstars, and it's new time, Sundays at 11 a.m., 10 Central on USA.
33:24Of course, folks, that's tomorrow morning right here on the USA Network, and I'm sure my broadcast colleague, Mr. Perfect,
33:29will be with us tomorrow morning.
33:30Hopefully, the airport will clear up, and Perfect will be, have landed by then.
33:34Perfect, I plan on having dinner tonight. Doc, you want to join us?
33:37I just might do that.
33:38I think I'll even buy.
33:39You'll buy.
33:40Well, I'll tell you what, speaking of...
33:41I've got a good expense account here.
33:43I know, that's right.
33:44Well, speaking of buying, right now, tickets have gone sale 40 minutes ago.
33:48They went on sale in Providence, Rhode Island, for Saturday, December 28th, part of the big holiday hell tour, brought
33:56to you by the World Wrestling Federation.
33:57And speaking of things that are going on in the World Wrestling Federation,
34:00for those of you in the New York area, check out the Daily News this weekend.
34:04A great insert about Survivor Series, has some great stats on it, great fold-out of Shawn Michaels.
34:10You don't want to miss it.
34:11It's this weekend in the Daily News.
34:14And speaking of don't want to miss something, you don't want to miss Monday Night Raw.
34:16I think this is a very interesting situation.
34:19Psycho Sid, Shawn Michaels teaming up to go for the WWF Tag Team titles,
34:24knowing that six days later they meet for the World Wrestling Federation title.
34:27Now, what's going to stop Psycho Sid?
34:30What's going to stop Psycho Sid from giving the short-arm tag if Shawn's getting his brains beat in in
34:34the ring?
34:35Well, let's take first things first.
34:37Why would they both not want to be tag team champions?
34:39Why would they both not want to defeat Bulldog and Owen this Monday, JR?
34:42I think they would.
34:43I think, you know, obviously...
34:45What are their chances?
34:46Not good.
34:47Why?
34:47I don't think Michaels and Sid can coexist.
34:50I think there's a big ego clash there.
34:54There's a lot of pressure on being the World Wrestling Federation champion.
34:56There's a lot of pressure on the number one contender for the WWF title, that's Psycho Sid.
35:00But one other thing that intrigues me about this Monday's Raw is the fact that Stone Cold Steve Austin is
35:06going to be competing.
35:07Am I right?
35:07Sure.
35:08We know that Bret Hart's going to be in the arena somewhere.
35:10These two men, these two explosive athletes under the same arena roof this Monday night.
35:17And if Austin thinks he's going to bully Bret Hart, because I had a long talk with Bret Hart just
35:20the other day,
35:21Bret Hart's not going to be bullied.
35:23And I think Bret Hart just might stand up and maybe handle things in a very physical way this Monday
35:28night.
35:28Pull his own publicity stunt.
35:29Well, yeah, if you want to call it that, sure.
35:31Well, I would think so, because I would think Bret is appalled at this whole situation.
35:35As I referred to earlier, he really takes it to heart about being a role model.
35:39And Bret Hart and Stone Cold Steve Austin, that's going to be something.
35:42Let me go to the phones.
35:43Justin, do you want to do this?
35:45Justin was in Buffalo.
35:45Hi, Justin.
35:46Hello.
35:47How are you doing this morning?
35:48Good.
35:48Did you have a good time last night in Buffalo?
35:50Oh, it was a blast.
35:52Great.
35:52It was a great time, especially with Mark Murrow returning to his hometown.
35:56Yeah.
35:57He whooped Hunter Hearst Hemsley's butt.
35:59And I wish Mr. Perfect was here to hear that.
36:02Well, we kind of wish he was here, too, Justin.
36:04Now, you know, I've just got to tell you, that's what it's like when you see the World Wrestling Federation
36:08live.
36:08I mean, it's very exciting on TV.
36:10But to be there, and were you surprised at how big the WWF superstars are live and in person?
36:15Yeah, I was surprised.
36:17A lot bigger than on TV, huh?
36:18Uh-huh.
36:19Now, I have to admit, I'm a big fan of yours, Jair.
36:22Oh, are you?
36:23Well, thank you very much.
36:24You must be a very smart young man.
36:25Yeah.
36:26My mom and dad must be very proud of you.
36:28I'm a big Buffalo Bills fan, too.
36:30Oh, thanks.
36:30I hope we're going to the Super Bowl again.
36:32Me, too, pal.
36:33I think you've got trouble with the Eagles tomorrow, but we'll have to wait and see what happens there.
36:37But listen, we appreciate your call, Justin, and we're glad that you had a great time last night at a
36:42night of Armageddon action.
36:43I mean, we made our debut at the Marine Midland Arena, and we were very proud to do so.
36:47Buffalo is a great city.
36:48Andrew's from Maryland.
36:50Hi, Andrew.
36:51Hi.
36:51What's going on this morning?
36:53I'm doing fine.
36:54Good.
36:55What would you like to discuss?
36:56I want to talk about why doesn't The Undertaker get a title shot?
37:00Good question.
37:01Yeah.
37:02Very good question.
37:03He's been doing all these things.
37:05Do you think he can get a title shot?
37:06You know, The Undertaker, Andrew, got quite a few title shots earlier in the year when Bret Hart was the
37:12champion.
37:12They had some real wars, and I'm not so sure that the...
37:14I don't know what The Undertaker's motivation right now seems to be, getting his hands on Paul Bearer,
37:19which could happen at the Survivor Series on pay-per-view.
37:22I think that's The Undertaker's primary motivation right now, to put mankind out of action,
37:27but more specifically, to get some retribution from Paul Bearer.
37:30That's likely to happen, too.
37:31I think that's going to happen in Madison Square Garden next Sunday.
37:34All right, we've got to go to commercial break, but we still want to hear your calls, your faxes, and
37:38your email.
37:39And I'll tell you what, we're still going to talk about Shawn Michaels and Psycho Sid.
37:43They meet in eight days for the World Wrestling Federation title at the most famous arena in the world.
37:48I think the friendship is out the window.
37:50And we're also going to check in and check out the third-generation superstar.
37:54I am talking about Rocky Maivia.
37:57So give us a call.
37:58Look at this sack he made on Charlie Ward a couple years ago.
38:01And then Charlie went to basketball, didn't he?
38:03That's it.
38:04It's Livewire.
38:05It's your show, and we'll be right back.
38:07If you're looking for a real challenge, this is it.
38:09If you're looking for a sure thing, take the High Endurance Challenge from Old Spice.
38:13This deodorant evaporates less quickly.
38:15It also lasts longer.
38:16It protects better.
38:16So try High Endurance.
38:18It's a sure thing.
38:19And now you've got proof.
38:21I know I do.
38:22Howdy, folks.
38:24We're looking for a...
38:26Root nut.
38:27Fruit turn.
38:28Back-o-suit turn turn.
38:30Where everything fruity gets twisted.
38:34New Starburst Fruit Twist.
38:36Cherry, lemming.
38:37I'm really twisted, and I like it.
38:41Ooh.
38:42Hey, man, bite this.
38:44New Starburst Fruit Twist.
38:46Made with real fruit juice.

39:37There's a word that is the same everywhere.
39:39Right now, somewhere, it's being spoken.
39:42It means healthy, shiny hair.
39:44The word is Pantene, and it's used by more people in the world than any other.
39:49The penetrating pro-vitamin formula speaks in a way hair understands and responds to.
39:55With strength, radiance, improvement.
39:58Everyone's hair, everywhere.
40:00You speak the language, you know the word.
40:03Pantene Pro-V.
40:04For hair so healthy, it shines.
40:07Saturday nights are always a little strange.
40:09My thoughts exactly.
40:10But now Lisa gets looser, and weird gets weirder.
40:13Welcome to our world.
40:14Get weird, with two episodes of Weird Science.
40:17Tonight, starting at 10 on USA.
40:28I decided to play football in high school when I was a junior,
40:32and I decided that I wanted to use football as a tool to go to college.
40:36And that's exactly what Rocky did, going to one of the premier programs in the country in the University of
40:41Miami.
40:42Under his former name of Dwayne Johnson, he played defensive line, winning a national championship under then-coach Dennis Erickson.
40:49He's very competitive and strong and an extremely good athlete.
40:53Yeah, he's a great guy, great person, good student, everything that you would want a person.
40:58Rocky has many memories of his days with the Canes, but there's one that definitely stands out.
41:04Rocky, take us back, and let's take a look at this great play you made.
41:07Well, this is one of my favorite plays right here.
41:09Of course, it was the Florida State game.
41:12They nailed Charlie Ward, and he had won the Heisman Trophy that year, later on that year.
41:17Number 94, Dwayne Johnson, finally gets a piece of the 7-0 quarterback.
41:24And not too many people know this, I've kind of kept this hush-hush, but it was after this play
41:29right here, after this particular sack, that Charlie Ward had secretly signed with the Knicks.
41:33He no longer wanted a piece of football after this play.
41:36While Ward has changed sports, Dwayne has changed names, honoring his father, Rocky Johnson, and his grandfather, Samoan High Chief
41:43Peter Maivia.
41:44Both former WWF superstars.
41:47So when the time came to choose football or wrestling, Rocky followed the family tree.
41:52So, Rocky, we know you had a great career in football, but why did you give that up for the
41:56opportunity to compete in the World Wrestling Federation?
41:58I had always told myself, you know, I had always known that I wanted to become a professional wrestler and
42:03compete in the World Wrestling Federation.
42:05Through my bloodline and through my heritage.
42:07And I came to this decision, and I told myself, this is it.
42:11Now, Rocky's on the verge of making a name for himself in the World Wrestling Federation.
42:15And next week, we'll find out what it will be like to debut at Madison Square Garden, where both his
42:20grandfather and father became famous.
42:24It's a feeling of elation right now.
42:26I'm so jacked right now, I mean, I could do it right now.
42:29Well, I'm telling you something, folks.
42:30This guy is a blue chipper.
42:32Six feet five, 275 pounds.
42:35He's not a clown.
42:37He's not a plumber.
42:38He's not a trash man.
42:39He is a pure athlete.
42:41And unless the WWF marketing genius put some sort of stupid headgear on him or make him wrestle in a
42:47grass skirt,
42:48this guy could be the standard bearer right here in the WWF for years to come.
42:52He is going to be great.
42:54Well, I'll tell you what.
42:55We're going to watch his debut eight days from now, next Sunday, at Survivor Series.
42:59And he's debuting in a Survivor Series match, one of the most dangerous matches there are in the World Wrestling
43:04Federation,
43:04considering as you get eliminated, then your team is at a bigger disadvantage.
43:09And if Rocky Maivia is left in there with Hunter Goldust, Jerry the King Lawler, and Crush with Perfect on
43:15the outside,
43:16he's in a world of trouble.
43:17It'll be an auspicious debut.
43:19Absolutely.
43:20And, of course, everybody has their eyes set at the Survivor Series for the WWF Championship matchup.
43:24Friendship out the window.
43:25There's no friendship here, folks.
43:26Let's be honest about it.
43:27I don't care if they aren't going to be tag team partners this coming Monday on Raw.
43:31These guys are not pals.
43:33They're competing for the richest prize in the history of the WWF.
43:36All right.
43:36Let's go back to Monday Night Raw and check out this face-to-face and watch JR, good old JR,
43:42stir the pot.
43:44It's your ability that is going to be your downfall, Sid.
43:48It is today.
43:49It will be tomorrow.
43:51And it is going to be at Survivor Series.
43:54Buddy, whether you like it or not, you're not in my league.
43:59That's right.
44:00I'm not in the little league, little man, because I am the man.
44:06To be the man, as the saying goes, you've got to beat the man.
44:11That belt is on this side of the podium, and that's where it's staying whether you like it or not.
44:15All right.
44:15And size has got nothing to do with it.
44:17I've knocked you down before.
44:19I've knocked you down again.
44:20What does the barber say, little man?
44:24That belt will be around my waist, and I guarantee it.
44:29You're not the first big man I've knocked down.
44:32Hey, hey, hey, hey, hey.
44:35First of all, Jose, you get out of my way.
44:38Now, you, no, no, no, don't tell me.
44:40Just get out of my way.
44:41Don't put, hey, you want to push a 60-year-old man, tough guy, go right ahead.
44:45Try pushing some of the half his age.
44:47Try pushing the World Wrestling Federation Champion, Sid.
44:51What I'll do is, I'll push the money half his side.
44:55Hey, hey.
44:57Yeah, here we go.
44:58Go ahead.
44:59Wait just a minute.
45:00I hate to break up this little slow rain you've got going on.
45:03But right here is the man that should have that match.
45:07And Cornette coming down with an army.
45:09He's the man that ought to be taken on, the World Wrestling Federation Champion at the Survivor Series.
45:15Sid, you cheated him out of it.
45:17And Shawn Michaels, you know you'll never beat him, and you'll never be able to beat him.
45:22Cornette's army beginning to surround the ring.
45:24He knows it.
45:25It ought to be going for that.
45:26Michaels and Sid, who will be partners next week, who will compete against each other at the Survivor Series.
45:33They'll literally watch each other's back here.
45:35You're not going to get away with the stuff you've done.
45:38Owen.
45:40Yeah, Bulldog, there we go.
45:42Michaels and Bulldog going at it.
45:44Vader and Sid on the other side.
45:48Look at this.
45:48Look at Owen.
45:49Over the chair.
45:50Off the pack.
45:52Owen Hart leveling Psycho Sid.
45:55Michaels just leveled.
45:56Here we go.
45:57Michaels has the chair.
46:00Shawn Michaels cleaning house with the chair.
46:04And Psycho Sid felt that very same chair from Owen Hart.
46:10And Sid.
46:12Oh, wait a minute.
46:14I think Sid thinks that Shawn Michaels hit him in the back with that chair.
46:24Last week, I think Michael's fault that Sid intentionally struck him with an elbow in the back.
46:30Wait a minute.
46:31He gets away.
46:31On the go.
46:32He gets a Bulldog.
46:33Here comes Vader.
46:38Oh, look at the top.
46:39And the British Bulldog is outside.
46:41The big man himself.
46:43Vader to the outside.
46:45And there you see what used to be the podium.
46:47And these two men will collide at Survivor Series if they don't do it right here, right now.
46:57Well, you see, JR, that's exactly why I do not think that Shawn Michaels and Psycho Sid will be able
47:02to coexist as a tag team.
47:04I mean, I'm not dissing the WWF tag team titles, but I believe each of them might have a different
47:08agenda.
47:09But let's go to the phones and see what Eugene from Florida thinks.
47:13Good morning, Eugene.
47:14You're on Livewire.
47:16How you doing?
47:16Good.
47:17How are you?
47:18All right.
47:18What you got to say?
47:20What, you got a comment?
47:21Yeah, it doesn't matter who wins this fight, but Bret Hart should definitely get a title shot right after it
47:29because he's definitely going to wipe the floor with Steve Austin.
47:32And hopefully it's Shawn Michaels because he ought to wipe the floor with Shawn Michaels.
47:37That was not the way to go out.
47:39Well, I tell you, obviously, everybody that loves the WWF would love to see a rematch with Shawn Michaels and
47:46Bret Hart for the World Wrestling Federation title.
47:48But I think first things first, Shawn has 6'9", 313 pounds breathing down his neck, and Bret's got snow
47:54cold, Steve Austin.
47:55The thing about it, Doc, is this Monday night on Raw, let's be honest about it, folks.
47:58We've seen everything that has happened in this build-up to Survivor Series.
48:01The animosity continues to grow between Shawn Michaels and Psycho Sid.
48:05I said it before.
48:06I'll say it again.
48:07Sid is not stable.
48:09Shawn Michaels has a very pronounced ego.
48:11There's no doubt about that.
48:12Even though he's a very talented, very athletic WWF champion, all heck will break loose this Monday night.
48:18You can almost guarantee it.
48:19But I don't see how Michaels and Sid are going to coexist.
48:22And what happens on Monday, it's going to have a direct bearing on what happens at the Survivor Series.
48:27And what happened last Monday, you didn't help when you said,
48:30Hey, Sid, how do you feel about Shawn getting you out of the winny bit?
48:32You were stirring the pot.
48:34Shawn brought up a very sensitive subject that he shouldn't have gone.
48:36You were stirring the pot.
48:38All right, ladies and gentlemen, this is Live Wire.
48:39This is your show, and we want to hear from you, and we'll talk more about Psycho Sid and Shawn
48:44Michaels.
48:45Let Mortal Kombat begin.
49:02It has begun.
49:04Come here.
49:46It's your time to shine.
49:47With Pantene Pro-V Hairspray, the healthy spray with all-day hold.
49:53I used to think hairspray made my hair dull.
49:56Pro-V gives you the hold you need, plus the healthy shine you love.
50:00The exclusive Pro-Vitamin formula penetrates, actually improving your hair, your hold, your shine.
50:07Pantene Pro-V Hairspray from the complete Pro-V Styling Collection.
50:11For hair so healthy, it shines.
50:13Get a hold on it.
50:16Millions witness part one of a major Star Trek event.
50:19Voyager has gone back in time.
50:21Los Angeles, 1996.
50:22Now, they're in a race against time.
50:25The entire solar system will be destroyed.
50:26Because a madman is about to launch a starship that could destroy the future.
50:30That ship will rip the time-space continuum apart.
50:33Don't miss a second of the shocking conclusion.
50:36Because this time...
50:37Jump!
50:37There is no next time.
50:39Fire!
50:40It's Voyager on Earth, part two.
50:42Only on UPN.
50:45Tonight on USA, the forces of good and evil clash in Darkman and Shocker.
50:50Parental discretion advised.
50:52Then lighten up with Weird Science and Duckman.
50:56This week, Live Wire is brought to you by the World Wrestling Federation magazine.
51:00Look for the December issue with Psycho Sin on the cover.
51:02It's available on newsstands everywhere this Tuesday.
51:06And available to every World Wrestling Federation fan there is out there next Saturday.
51:11Live in the Live Wire studios.
51:14Taking your calls, your faxes, your emails.
51:16None other than the World Wrestling Federation champion himself.
51:19Good old HBK, the leader of the clique, Shawn Michaels.
51:22Live here in the Live Wire studios next Saturday.
51:26He'll be taking your calls.
51:27He'll be telling you like it is.
51:29And hopefully telling us where his mindset is for this big match with Psycho Sin.
51:33No truth in the room in a sh**.
