00:33So many organizations hesitate giving roles of responsibility and seniority and leadership to women.

00:52Basic, junior level, beginner operations jobs.
00:57Women are very good.
00:59More disciplined than men.
01:01Committed, loyal, everything.
01:03And they are seen to not create as much trouble as men do.
01:09So organizations like to employ women at those levels.
01:13At the lower levels.
01:14But when it comes to leadership.

01:24But that's the concern of everybody who is responsible for the performance of an organization.
