00:30Police raced to a home in Collinsville, Oklahoma on July 23rd
00:34after receiving a grisly nighttime phone call
00:37where 911 dispatchers said they heard a woman, quote,
00:40screaming and crying before hearing a, quote, loud bang.

00:49When Owosso law enforcement arrived at the home, they discovered a sickening scene.
00:53A husband and wife were dead, both with apparent gunshot wounds to the head.
00:57The Owosso Police Department later confirmed to People magazine that the duo,
01:0248-year-old Sean Duffy and 43-year-old Sarah Gilson,
01:05were killed in an apparent murder-suicide
01:08after Duffy gunned down Gilson before turning the weapon on himself.
01:12Gilson, a lifestyle and beauty influencer who boasts nearly 80,000 followers on TikTok,
01:17was known for her bikini try-on hauls and shopping hacks.
01:20She even posted videos with her hubby, like Duffy modeling a handful of outfits,
01:25showing off a mini camcorder,
01:27I'm recording myself recording you.
01:30That is epic.
01:31and reviewing a traveling duffel bag.
01:33You had a basketball tournament this weekend,
01:35and you got to take your new bag.
01:38And I love it.
01:38One video on Instagram from January 2025 even shows Duffy snuggling with the couple's pooch in bed.
01:45She loves her daddy.
01:46But despite a seemingly happy-go-lucky marriage on social media,
01:50it appears the couple's union was deeply on the rocks,
01:54especially after Gilson posted a very different kind of video about her husband in July.
01:58In one of the last videos she uploaded on TikTok,
02:01Gilson posted a Netflix documentary video,
02:03a trend where users pretend they are sitting down
02:06and filming a Netflix documentary about their lives,
02:08to speak about how her soon-to-be ex-husband was a pedophile.
02:12In the 15-second clip, which has garnered more than 23 million views,
02:17Gilson can be seen sitting on a chair with a somber look,
02:19with text on screen that reads,
02:21Preparing for when Netflix drops a documentary about my soon-to-be ex-husband,
02:25who I just found out is a pedophile.
02:28In the text captioned below, she wrote,
02:30I wish I was joking.
02:32According to the Oklahoman newspaper,
02:34a woman filed a protective order against Duffy in June,
02:37alleging that he assaulted her daughter,
02:39a 15-year-old girl who was a member of the youth basketball team he coached.
02:43According to court documents obtained by the paper,
02:45another team's coach personally witnessed Duffy kissing and fondling the girl,
02:49and immediately reported it.
02:51And according to investigators,
02:52it wasn't the only time Duffy was reportedly inappropriate with the player,
02:55which took place over an extended period of time,
02:57and across multiple states and law enforcement jurisdictions.
03:01Duffy allegedly sent the minor inappropriate messages,
03:04kissed her and touched her inappropriately,
03:06and invited her to his hotel room during a tournament,
03:09offering money to, quote, keep her quiet.
03:11Since getting caught by the coach,
03:13Duffy, a member of the Osage Indian tribe of Oklahoma,
03:16had been on the run and evading police.
03:18Gilson also filed her own protective order against her husband
03:21after the incident came to light,
03:23which forced him out of the home and required that he stay 100 yards away.
03:27Gilson alleged in her application that Duffy had threatened suicide.
03:31Gilson's first husband, Lyle Landers,
03:33told People Magazine that he was always alarmed about his ex's relationship with Duffy,
03:37and, quote, begged her for years to end the relationship.
03:40I had offered to help her in any way I could to get away from him,
03:44but he seemed to have some sort of control over her,
03:46and she couldn't seem to get away, he told the outlet.
