01:11which again for this flight is going to be higher
01:14than it has been on any of our previous Starship flights.
01:24All right, so we're passing through that maximum aerodynamic pressure
01:28over a minute now into flight.
01:31Still seeing 33 out of 33 Raptor engines lit and burning.
01:37Our next major moment is going to be coming up in just a little over a minute from now
01:43when we're going to get to hot staging.
01:45We're going to shut down all but five of those engines on the booster.
01:50It's our version of MECO.
01:52Most engines cut off.
01:53And then we're going to ignite the six engines on the ship
01:58to while it is still attached to do that separation.
02:01As a reminder, we try to do a directional flip.
02:05So when you watch on your screen,
02:07we're hopefully going to be sending that booster
02:09towards the bottom of the frame.
02:11For the booster itself, it's like doing a flip up.
02:14It'll go towards the bottom of your frame.
02:16We do that by lighting the engines in a slightly staggered sequence.
02:26Standing by for hot staging.
02:42All but five engines down.
02:44Engine cut off.
02:46What's that?
02:48Six ignites.
02:50That burnt start up.
02:59And the booster now doing its boost back burn.
03:02It looks like we lit all 33 initially.
03:04Now we're down to 13.
03:05We're seeing six out of six Raptors lit on the ship.
03:15The back burner shut down.
03:20And boost back burn shut down.
03:23So it looks like we were able to get through the boost back burn this time around.
03:26It was one of the key objectives we didn't have on the last flight.
03:31And we've got six engines lit on the ship.
03:38All right.
03:38So that's the first of two burns that the booster is going to be doing to kind of send it
03:44back towards us.
03:46It's going to be landing a couple of miles offshore from Starbase hopefully.
03:50We're going to try and get it all the way down to do a landing burn where we're going to
03:54use those 13 center engines.
03:56They're going to ignite.
03:57That's what's going to really bleed off all that velocity that it's built up.
04:01And it will eventually hopefully transition to five engines to kind of fine tune its path in.
04:07And then all the way down to three for the remaining bit.
04:13All right.
04:14We've got a couple of minutes to go until we get there.
04:17So booster is going to coast for a little bit.

05:34Now, again, this booster is not planning to come back to the tower or to launch site for this particular

05:42We are going to be planning to do an ocean splashdown just off the Coastal Starbase, so hoping to still
05:47get some amazing views of that.
05:54Pretty awesome to see the Raptor engines there on the left-hand side of your screen.
05:59We can actually see the plume there of those center Raptors.
06:04Those are the sea-level ones, as well as the vacuum Raptors are the three on the larger ones on
06:11the outer radius.
06:18Now, just like on Tower Catches, we are going to be doing a 13-engine landing burn to slow the
06:23booster down.
06:24Hopefully, we can get a live camera of the booster right now as we're going into that phase.

06:32So right now, the booster is using their three hypersonic grid fence to guide itself through the atmosphere toward its
06:39landing site.
06:40You can see we're only five kilometers above the sea right here.
06:46I just heard the call-out for a landing burn startup for the booster.
06:55I have a feeling the crowd is about to go wild here.
07:02And another awesome landing for Super Heavy.

07:16Everything continues to go well with ship, as you can see there on your screen.
07:26Yeah, we've got about a minute left with the ship engines on.
07:30Just looking at the booster real quick, it didn't look like we lit all 13 engines that we were planning
07:37for that initial landing burn.
07:38We were targeting a softer splashdown, and as you saw, it came in with quite a bit of velocity still.
07:44So landing velocity did look a little bit high, but really cool to make it all the way back this
07:52time to that landing burn.
07:53We'll dig in, figure out how to turn on all those engines, and then get to a full landing soon.
07:59But all eyes on ship.
08:01We are just a little ways away from getting those engines turned off.
08:08We expect it to burn about eight minutes and change in, so hopefully just about 15 minutes to go.
08:15Sounds like we just got the sonic boom here at Starbase.
08:19That was awesome.

08:43Nominal orbit insertion.

08:49So we got a ship in space.
08:51We've got a booster in the Gulf where we were planning to send it.

09:00All of our colleagues here are filing in through the doors.
09:03A lot of people wanted to stay outside and hear the boom.
09:06And so it's pretty great to see a ship in space.
