To protect Andromeda, Perseus fakes the massacre of her people, then forces her into marriage and imprisons her. An Andromeda lookalike witch, Cecilia, becomes his lover and tortures her out of jealousy. But Perseus fails to recognize tortured Andromeda until the truth is revealed. He seeks revenge, only to find that the “dead” Andromeda has gone.
