00:00Because during the three years, more than 300,000 schools has been destroyed in Gaza.
00:09And those schools either destroyed or they have been used as shelter for families.
00:15So there's no schools that kids can go.
00:18Of course, all their surrounding environment has been destroyed.
00:24They don't practice their childhood at all, zero.
00:28And in a daily basis, they face what we just talked about there, that they have to secure the needs
00:34of their family.
00:36Sometimes we are talking about three-year-old kids who just walked recently, need also to participate in the preparation
00:44for securing their food.
00:47Of course, those kids as well, they don't get clothes, they don't get shoes.
00:54Like I suffer as a minister of social development just to allow shoes, shoes to enter into Gaza.
01:02So it's not easy.
01:04What children are facing is not easy.
01:06We are talking about one million children that's below 18 years old that they need psychological support.
01:13There is a huge trauma within the children because of the continuing bumping, the continuing hearing explosion.
01:24And this is all causing huge psychological problems.
01:29There was a project through UNICEF that started to provide psychological support for the children.
01:36And some of them, they come up with a project called The Gaza We Want.
01:42And they started to develop scenes on how they want to see Gaza with gardens, schools, universities.
01:51And they shared this vision with our prime minister, Dr. Mohamed Mustafa.
01:57And it is important that still the hope is existing.
02:02And, of course, a huge part of those children became handicapped, people with disabilities,
02:08because most of the injuries are trims in their hands and legs.
02:16But still, they have this hope that they want to rebuild Gaza and see the Gaza they want.
02:25And some, like, out of 600,000 students that need schools, around 300,000 now are onboarding on the e
02:35-learning,
02:36like almost 50% of those students.
02:38And there is lots of units now managed by the Ministry of Education, Palestinian Ministry of Education,
02:45to allow for education contacts.
02:51But the most, depending on e-education, e-learning, we have this system that developed with the help of Kingdom
03:00of Jordan.
03:01And it's a credible system that allows for teachers from West Bank.
03:07We have teachers from West Bank that provide the teaching for the students in Gaza,
03:12in addition to teachers in Gaza.
03:16Also, we were able to conduct the high school exam.
03:20This is the last exam after 12 years of being at the primary education.
03:26We were able to conduct it online for three times now.
03:32Around 104,000 students did the exam inside Gaza and around 30,000, around 3,000 outside Gaza in 50,
03:4336 countries through our embassies.
03:48So, you know, doing an international office program is very muchому to do as the national history,
