This rescued ibis gets a second chance after becoming trapped high in a palm tree with fishing line wrapped around its foot. Unable to free itself, the bird hangs helplessly until caring people step in to help. Because the tree is close to power lines, the rescue requires extra caution, and the local energy company is called in to safely reach the stranded bird.
