00:09This is the story of how to turn plastic into playful.

00:15Green toys are made in the USA with 100% recyclable materials like milk jugs.

00:21The average toy uses five milk jugs to create.

00:26It all starts here at a processing plant where they are shredded, filtered and cleaned.

00:31The milk jug flakes are then sorted for color and are reprocessed into pellets.

00:36This is where the fun starts!

00:39Let's go and play!

00:44At another factory, the recycled material is mixed with the food safe coloring,

00:49melted at a high temperature and injected into a mold.

00:53A different mold is used for each individual piece.

00:57All of the pieces are then assembled.

01:00No glue, screws, paint or metal are used.

01:05And that's how you make your basic trash into toy treasure.
