RAF demonstrates Chinook helicopter transport capabilities at FIA 2026

A video published on social media shows the aircraft carrying an underslung load and performing maneuvers that simulate logistical tasks conducted during operations

The Royal Air Force demonstrated the operational capabilities of the CH-47 Chinook helicopter during the Farnborough International Airshow 2026 in the United Kingdom. The demonstration was conducted by the Chinook Role Demo Team, which is responsible for presenting some of the aircraft’s main functions to the public.

A video of the presentation was published on social media by Boeing Defense. The footage shows the Chinook performing low-altitude maneuvers and carrying an external load suspended by cables beneath the fuselage.
