00:00So today we are marching as teachers and education support workers. Our
00:05particular school is Southern Autistic School. We are a specialist school for
00:10children with autism. We have to have a diagnosis to the student at our school.
00:15We are passionate about what we do. We are unrecognized, underfunded and underpaid.
00:22We're not marching today just for ourselves and our pay, which is obviously very, very important because
00:28compared to the other states in Australia, we are grossly underpaid but we also want better
00:33resources, better field buildings, better funding, better playgrounds. Our school hasn't had an
00:39injection from the government for a very long time. We do not have the relevant resources
00:45that we need on a daily basis.
