Bryan Brooklyn suffered from PTSD after a plane incident and entered a dissociative state. Emergency department doctor Sophia came to his rescue with a warm "butterfly hug", awakening him. Bryan fell in love with her at first sight and recognized her as the emergency doctor who had saved him in a serious car accident many years ago.
