01:16Avengers Doomsday, ending with Downey Jr. mugging for the camera.
01:20A few months later in December, a teaser trailer confirmed Chris Evans was back as Steve Rogers,
01:25although the character we just saw him playing in Doomsday doesn't seem to be Captain America.

01:31Another big comeback? The 2000s-era X-Men cast, including Rebecca Romijn with a questionable new Mystique wig,
01:39and Cyclops played by my fave James Marsden.
01:42In April, the 52-year-old actor exclusively talked to The Post about putting on those ruby-colored glasses again.
01:48I was worried that I was going to be able to do any of this physical stuff, but yeah, it
01:55all worked out great.
01:56I still fit the costume. The costume was great. It's the Cyclops costume from the comics, so people are excited
02:01about that.
02:02And great to see my old friends again, to reunite with Patrick and Ian and Rebecca and everybody.
02:08And yeah, it was a lot of fun. For the longest time, I didn't think it was going to happen.
02:13I just thought, okay, well, you know, that's kind of done, and they don't want the 55 version of me,

02:20or 60-year-old, but, you know, there Ian McKellen was going, you know, pushing his stunt double aside, going,

02:27You know, so it's great. And it's just going to be a, yeah, it's going to be a lot of
02:34fun seeing all these worlds come together.
02:36Personally, I can't wait. Adding to the hype, Avengers Doomsday and Dune 3 will come out on this same day,
02:42December 18th.
02:43So people are dubbing it Doomsday, a la Barbenheimer. And get this, Florence Pugh is going to be in both
02:50movies.
02:51So yeah, Ms. Flo will be cashing those checks just in time for Christmas.
