00:15Nag-courtesy call sa Malacanang ngayong hapon si United States Secretary of State Marco Rubio.

00:21Dadalo talaga siya sa ASEAN Foreign Minister's Meeting at East Asia Summit.

00:24Pero isinabay na ang personal na pagkumusta sa Palacio bilang kaalyado.

00:30Ang interesting times that in the United States holds you in high esteem.

00:31We had a very positive meeting last year in Washington.

00:34And then this is a country that has deep ties to the United States.

00:37In light of recent events, I think more important than ever,

00:40reaffirm that relationship and our commitment to the U.S.-Philippines relationship.

00:45Especially so, Mr. Secretary, we are living the curse of may you live in interesting times.

00:55And here we are, right in the middle of them.

01:27kaugnay ng pinakahuling insidente ng karahasang sangkot,

01:29ang Philippine Navy at China Coast Guard, sa loob ng Exclusive Economic Zone ng Pilipinas.

01:35Ang pagdating ni Rubio, sinulubong ng rally ng Alliance of Concerned Teachers.

01:41Sa halip daw na tugunan, ang mga lehitimong karainan ng mga guro at ng sektor na edukasyon,

01:46ay inuuna pa ng gobyerno ang pakikipag-aliansa sa mga tinawag nilang terorista na pasimuno-umano ng karahasan sa mundo.
