00:19also supported by sworn statements from eight individuals who served as CO's security personnel.

00:28from CO to Romualdez. But Clavano clarifies the July 20 announcement that the Ombudsman
00:33is set to file two separate complaints for preliminary investigation is not yet a formal
00:37charge before a court. This latest development comes nearly a year after the flood control
