00:00Hi everybody, back again and now we are with Dr. Rick Stephen and he is with us today at GCCM
00:07Malaysia. Let us know about his experience at GCCM and about Kotham's big participation.
00:13How are you Chef? I'm always good. Thank you very much. It's always great to see you and
00:19it's really very good to see you here at GCCM Malaysia. So can you please let us know about
00:24your experience so far? So far, yes, it's quite interesting. Sometimes the people are not quite
00:29reading the criteria or the rules and they've got to understand them a bit better and little
00:36hiccups with their hygiene and technique. Nobody wash when they start. So I have a few little
00:40comments to make about this for improvement. Yes, there's always a room for improvement.
00:46So this time, Kotham, Pakistan, we have brought around 50 participants. So how do you see that
00:51youth participating in such large numbers? Oh, I think it's fantastic for Pakistan to be out
00:57on the international states. That's what they need to be. And that's where they're going
01:00to learn to improve, you know, and as long as they take it all in their stride, I think
01:05this could be a good part for Pakistan, you know. And then when it leads on, I would like
01:11to see Pakistan come to Jakarta as well for the global chef, you know, compete there and
01:16win a spot to go to the world championships. So I think that'd be perfect.
01:20Yes, we are always up to different world chefs indoors events. And inshallah, we'll try to send
01:26a team to Jakarta as well. Chef, thank you very much for your time. We'll be connecting with you
01:35tomorrow as well because we are here for five, six days. Thank you very much. Thank you. Good to see
01:39you again.
