00:33was a lot of drama, especially for Portia and Shamia.
00:35Yeah, Shamia definitely ruined Portia's vibe a little bit, because obviously this episode was so much, you know, just sort
00:42of feeling the aftermath of the mama drama that was unveiled last week, which was absolutely wild.
00:49The accusations being thrown around both by Shamia and Portia.
00:53Now, I'm interested to get your take, Danny, because you were out last week and I missed you.
00:56But when it comes to the mama drama of it all, it seems like, you know, just if we're judging
01:01off of last week's episode, Shamia was kind of sitting on that and being a bit methodical about when she
01:06was going to bring that up.
01:09But a portion of the fandom is saying, well, Portia is the one who started it by doing that Instagram
01:17story, that vague Instagram story last year, when I think the season was either airing or had finished airing, when
01:24she was like, what your mama did to my mama was, you know what I mean?
01:27But she didn't reveal the details.
01:29That Instagram story before the reunion? Because then they talked about the reunion.
01:32I think it was before the reunion. So do you, what do you think of Portia being the one who,
01:38like, to technically start it?
01:40Like, who's more in the wrong here?
01:42From last week's episode, I was really just interested. I'm like, why did Shamia start it? Like, why don't you
01:47trust me with your kid?
01:49And then two seconds later, you bring up this thing about Portia's mom, where I was like, do you really
01:54not, do you really care about seeing the kid?
01:56Are you just, I think it's a hard thing because Shamia and Portia have had such a long lasting friendship.
02:02It's hard to fully pinpoint when the drama started, because they could probably go back and forth.
02:08It's like, but you did this thing and it bothered me and I didn't care about it then.
02:12Because then when Shamia was like, you said your sister could act like this to you, but you thought I

02:17So, I mean, like, it's very hard.
02:20I guess I see what the internet is saying. Portia opened up a dialogue about the moms.
02:24But I think Cynthia also brought up, I thought you guys squashed your mom situation at the reunion.

02:31Like, no one is going to poke a mom bear moving forward.

02:36And then Shamia brought it up at the dinner.
02:38And like you mentioned, especially after bringing up the issue around PJ, it was so weird.
02:46I know. I just, I'm like very stressed for Shamia.

02:50And then also we learned on this episode that Shamia, according to Portia, had been kind of like using it
02:56or trying to flex that she still had a relationship with Pilar, that she would see her because she and
03:02her husband have a relationship with Dennis.
03:04So then I could just understand why Portia's pissed as don't talk about my kid.
03:09And also, like, I feel like you would wholeheartedly agree with where Portia stands in not wanting your kid to
03:15be around someone who actively hates you.
03:18Yeah.
03:19Right?
03:19Or also it's like, I don't want to deal with, that's too much drama to, all of a sudden you'd
03:24have to explain to the kid because it'd be like, oh, well, why am I going over and not you?
03:28But mommy hates her. Like, it's just, it's so weird. I was telling Malik last week, I wouldn't want my
03:34child to be around someone who has rancid energy towards me because I don't want that energy to somehow transfer
03:41to my child.
03:42What was the phrase Portia used this week where it was like trading destinies or something like that?
03:47All I can think about is, are you destiny swapping with motherfuckers?
03:53It's something deeper than marrying someone. Yeah.

04:25And we did see, because Shamia said everybody left for her performance,
04:30but apparently Angela Oakley showed on Insta that she filmed her singing.

04:35And so was Fajra was in the shot.
04:37So I don't know. It's a little bit confusing.
04:39Shamia continues to confuse us this season,
04:42but she did make a big stink about the second she hopped on the mic.
04:45Half the group left.
04:46And, you know, I think eventually they did leave pretty soon after.
04:51I mean, Portia, she saw Shamia on the mic.
04:53She said, it's my time to go, which I don't blame her.

04:57I also don't blame Kelly for being very stressed out in the funeral, in the graveyard.

06:21And I think that's when Shamia started to act up a little bit,
06:24because I think she saw Portia and Kelly kind of connect.

07:30the kind of bummer of the dinner
07:32was the discussion around death
07:33because they were talking about their time at the cemetery.
07:36And Phaedra is very comfortable with the idea of death.
07:38She's a mortician.
07:39So she's been around the block a few times
07:41and she's cool with it.
07:43But Kay Michelle,
07:45it was really triggered by the conversation
07:47because she was talking about how,
07:48you know,
07:49she's had like over 10 surgeries
07:51to deal with the aftermath
07:53of getting silicone injected into her butt.
07:56And I guess there was one surgery
07:58that was particularly tough.
08:01And the doctor had to tell her sister and her mom
08:03before she went in,
08:04there's a chance like she might not make it
08:06through this surgery.
08:07So she's scared of death.
08:09And, you know,
08:09most people are.
08:10And just the chat around it
08:12was kind of like really tough for her emotionally
08:15because she's been in a situation
08:16where she had to get yet another surgery
08:20because of a decision that she made,
08:22which I think is like,
08:22honestly,
08:23I think that's probably,
08:24just from what I'm seeing on the show,
08:26one of the toughest things
08:27for Kay Michelle to really come to terms with
08:29is the fact that she's on this journey
08:32because of,
08:33unfortunately,
08:34a poor decision that she made herself.
08:35Or also maybe something that like she went to,
08:38maybe she went to a doctor
08:39that she thought would be better than they were.
08:41I don't think she went to,
08:42a doctor wouldn't perform that surgery
08:44because it's not,
08:45that's like,
08:46that's like you're going to like a basement
08:48to get that done illegally.
08:49That's what like Cardi B did.

08:51unfortunately people back in the day
08:54would go get silicone injected into their butt

08:57it's very dangerous.

09:06just like floating in your muscle tissue.
09:10So I feel bad for her.
